Wie bereite ich Fenchelknollen richtig zu? |

Hallo, ich habe jetzt endlich mal richtige Fenchelknollen bekommen. Kann mir jemand sagen wie ich <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan>se richtig zubereite? Muss ich was entfernen was schälen usw? Und wieviel darf <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> Kaninchen?
<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">Aufspan> der Ernährungsseite steht das ja leider nicht so ausführlich was K<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">EINspan>E Kritik s<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> soll. Möchte ja nur <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> Menge und zubereitung wissen

Schmutzige Stellen wegschneiden, abwaschen und kl<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>schneiden (2 oder 3 Teile).
Nicht ZU kl<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>, das Nagen an größeren Stücken ist auch Beschäftigung und nicht nur Nahrungs<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan>nahme. |

Das Grün lass ich immer dran, das ist auch erstmal das Highlight an der ganzen Knolle. Das <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>zige, was ich wegschneide ist der oberste cm von den Pinorkeln  , das sieht immer so usselig aus, müsste ich aber wahrsch<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>lich auch nicht unbedingt. Und, ach ja, da ich immer mehrere Gemüse gebe, kann ich <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e größere Knolle über zwei/drei Tage verfüttern, da lass ich das innerste Innenleben (ist auch was härter) immer weg.
Wenn man übrigens weiß, wie Fenchel aussieht, bekommt man das echt fast überall. ;o) |

Supermärkten bekam ich den Fenchel immer schon gestutzt, wie <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan> Claudi´s Bild oben, aber hier lassen <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> das ganze Kraut dran. Da hast Du dann so <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Knolle mit Strünken, <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> in <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> riesiges Geäst aus Stängeln mit Kraut dran münden. <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">Einspan> Traum für Kaninchen (und natürlich schön teuer ...). |

| ja leider wohne ich ja nun wirklich mitten in hamburg, so dass felder und bauern u.ä. sooooo weit weg sind, das ich fast nur <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan> solche dinge aus dem supermarkt angewiesen bin. gehe alle paar wochen mal zum markt...aber das war es auch schon :-( |

| Ich glaube ich versuche <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan>ses Jahr mal Fenchel <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan> dem Balkon zu ziehen, denn m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Beiden lieben das Grün und im Supermarkt ist immer so wenig Grün dran. |

| Also ich bekomme Fenchel bei K<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan>land relativ billig. Aber Real hat nur Bio Fenchel.Und da ich in Farmsen wohne und K<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan>land in Nedderfeld ist muss ich den Bio Fenchel k<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan>en. 2 Knollen 1,99€ ich find das ganz schön teuer. M<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e sind auch ganz wild dr<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan>. Na ja hat ja auch lange genug gedauert. |

| Ich hab sie gestern sogar bei Aldi (süd) bekommen, 2 Stück, 700g für 1,29 €, das fand ich dann schon okay. und sogar in bio. |
