<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>weil ich weiß, dass ihr immer zuhört und Verständnis habt, muss ich mir meine Sorgen von der Seele schreiben:
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Gestern Abend ist unsere Lane nicht wie gewöhnlich zum Futter gelaufen, als ich kam. sondern döste so. War nicht unbedingt ihre normale Reaktion, aber auch nicht ungewöhnlich, da Lane immer auch etwas zurEkhaltend und ja nicht handzahm ist. Hab sie aber doch angestupst, weil sie nicht reagierte, da ist sie gleich losgehoppelt. Da hab ich mich schon gescholten, weil man dösende Nins nicht stören soll. Das war 18.00Uhr.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Normalerweise schaue ich vor dem Schlafengehen immer noch mehrmals nach den Wollsocken. Ausgerechnet gestern hatte ich aber solche Migräne, dass ich gleich zu Bett bin.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Und heute Morgen der Schock:
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Lane lag mehr kraftlos als alles andere, kam Eerhaupt nicht zum Futter und nun bekam ich Angst. Hab erstmal das ganze Zimmer nach etwas ungewöhnlichem abgesucht, hab außer einer Köttelkette nichts gefunden.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Dann hab ich das Hasi eingepackt und bin in die Tierklinik gefahren. Ich musste sie da lassen.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Sie wollen als erstes röntgen und sie bekommt erstmal eine Infusion weil sie schon Untertemperatur hatte...Ich hab meinen Verdacht auf Haarballen geäußert und hab die Köttelkette mitgenommen...mal sehen...
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Gegen neun kann ich anrufen...bin mit den Nerven fertig.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Hatte schon jemand Erfahrung mit Haarballen, falls es das ist??

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>es war auf jeden Fall gut, dass du sofort in die Klinik gefahren bist und auch auf die Köttelkette und eventelle Haarballen hingewiesen hast!
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Und dass sie dort sofort Infusionen bekommen hat und geröngt wird ist auch sehr gut. Danach weißt du dann auf jeden Fall mehr und die Ärzte können sie gleich entsprechend behandeln.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Ich denke ganz fest an euch und drücke euch alle Daumen!

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Ich kenne das, wenn man wie auf glühenden Kohlen sitzt und ständig auf die Uhr schaut, wann man endlich anrufen kann. Knoddel hatte vor einigen Wochen ähnliche Symptome, bei ihm waren es aber doch (trotz Köttelkette) keine Haarballen, sondern Hefen und seine Verdauung war völlig durcheinander. (Zahnprobleme waren die eigentliche Ursache) |

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Das Röntgen hat wohl eine Aufgasung ergeben ( hm, in der Panik hab ich sie nichtmal abgetastet),und der Kreislauf ist schon stabiler. Mit der Ärztin kann ich erst später sprechen, die steht grad im OP.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Jetzt wird noch Blut entnommen...
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Haarballen sind es dann wohl doch nicht...
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Erstmal bin ich beruhigt und damit sie auch wieder Nahrung zu sich nimmt, wird sie jetzt dort gepäppelt.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Wenn es Haarballen sind, wäre es wichtig, dass du Leinöl oder Paraffin oder Bezopet zu Hause hast. Wichtig ist dann auch, dass sie nicht zugefüttert wird. Bauchmassagen in Richtung After und ein bissl Bewegung sind auch anzuraten

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>hab gerade nochmal in der Klinik angerufen: Blutabnahme ist erfolgt und Befund frühestens morgen. Solange muss sie auf jeden Fall noch in der Klinik bleiben.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Ist immer noch alles unverändert, d.h. sie ist nicht über den Berg. Gut ist nur, daß zu heute morgen eine deutliche Besserung eingetreten ist - aber da war sie ja auch ein Bild des Jammers. Sie muss heute unbedingt noch kötteln - ist bis jetzt noch nicht passiert.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Hab grad in der Klinik angerufen und mit der Ärztin gesprochen. Sie hat die Nacht gut ver<class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>acht und wurde auch eben gerade gefüttert, naja nimmt sie zwar aber eben grad so (CC).
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Die gute Nachricht ist, sie hat auch geköttelt. Die sind aber recht trocken und hart, sodass sie heute noch eine Infusion bekommt. Die Aufgasung scheint sich deutlich veringert zu haben bzw. ist fast weg.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Soll gegen 18.00 Uhr nochmals nachfragen. Wenn Sie wieder selbstständig allein frisst (Na da bin ich geclass="markcol">spannt, wo Lane doch so eigen ist und wer er bei ihr versch...hat, naja der muss sich schon sehr bemühen...), kann ich sie vielleicht morgen nach hause holen!!!

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Die Blutwerte sind da und die Nierenwerte (welche das denn sind weiß ich nicht, hab aber auch leider nicht gefragt) sind sehr schlecht. Sie wird dahingehend behandelt, was bedeutet, dass ich sie auch leider am Sonntag also morgen noch nicht abholen kann.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Positiv ist, das Kreislauf und Verdauung in Schwung kommen, aber sie wird weiter gepäppelt. Kot ist noch nicht zufriedenstellend.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Leider ist die Prognose sehr wackelig, und die TÄ schloß auch eine bleibende Nierenschädigung nicht aus! Nach zwei Tagen Medis, dann also am Montag wollen sie nochmals eine Blutuntersuchung machen. Dann werden wir weitersehen. Die TÄ meinte auch mit einer Niereninsuffiziens könnte die Tiere durchaus gut klar kommen. Vielleicht ist es auch schon altersbedingt. ( sie ist vier)
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Wie kann das kommen? Spätschäden der Trockenfutterernährung bei der Vorbesitzerin? Oder was könnte es sonst sein?

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Bin erstmal ratlos.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Ich freue mich zwar, dass sie in guten Händen ist und alles getan wird, aber da tun sich dann ja neuerliche Probleme auf. Mittlerweile ist sie dann vier Tage weg - muss ich neu vgten?? Bloß nicht!!!!!!!!!

In diesem Fall müsste ich sie dann ja noch mindestens eine Woche oder ein paar Tage vielleicht bis zum WE separat setzen oder? Muss ihr jetzt noch Medis geben: Sie kriegt noch Espumisan Emulsion 2,5 ml heute abend (gegen die Luft im Bauch, ist wohl noch nicht 100%ig so hab ich sie verstanden und begleitend zu dem langsam wieder aufbauenden normalen Füttern)

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Baytril 10%ig 2,4 ml kriegt sie noch (drei x tgl.), da im Harnwegsbereich ein Infekt war/ist.

Wenn sie fit ist, würde ich sie nach Möglichkeit wieder mit den anderen Wollsocken zusammensetzen. Aber Du kennst Dein Tier am besten und weißt am ehesten, was es nun <class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>aucht.....Ruhe oder die Gruppe.

| Bedauerlich, dass sie keinen Partner während ihres Klinikaufenthaltes hatte und nein, ich würde sie NICHT separat setzen. Zum einen sind 4 Tage nicht die Welt, ich habe Daisy nach 9 Tagen Quarantäne wegen Augen-OP wieder in's Gehege geschmissen, nachdem ich sie mit Pipistroh eingerieben habe, zum anderen <class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>aucht sie doch Partner, die ihr bei der Gesundung helfen.

Ich würde diesbezüglich nachfragen bzw. eigenmächtig auf jeden Fall mal was reinpumpen in die Maus.

Sie frißt zwar noch nicht das volle Programm selbstständig (Heu, GemEe ect.) aber dafE schlabbert sie ihren <class="markcol">span class="markcol">Brclass="markcol">span>ei mit Appetit und vor allen Dingen in ausreichender Menge. Das ist die Hauptsache. Die Blähungen/Aufgasungen sind nun dank SabSimplex und leichter Bauchmassage sowie mehrmaligem täglichen durchs Gehege scheuchen auch behoben. Sorry fEs Scheuchen, aber Bewegung muss sein.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Zur Sicherheit haben wir Rodikolan-Tropfen zum besseren Abgang der Böbbels und wegen des Verdachtes vermehrter Haare gegeben. Die Böbbels sind richtig flutschig!
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Wurde nach fast einem Tag aber auch wieder Zeit!!
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Leider ist Lane jetzt ziemlich bös auf mich und hockt sich schon hin und wartet ab, was ich wohl wieder von ihr will, wenn sie meine Stimme hört: Naja Medigabe, Futter, Bewegung wann ich es will - damit ja nur endlich wieder Böbbels kommen...
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Gegen die NierenentzEdung mEsen wir das AB noch bis Freitag geben. Zähne wurden abgeraspelt und sind i.O., falls sie in den nächsten Tagen doch nicht mit Heu usw. anfängt, gehen wir am Montag nochmal zur Zahnkontrolle.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Kopf wurde auch geröngt. Kein Befund der Zähne, der auf den ersten Blick besorgniserregend ist, einen Zahn mEsen wir allerdings im Auge behalten.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Rezept fE Lanes Lieblings<class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>ei: CC mit etwas mehr Wasser als empfohlen anmischen, einige Tropfen Leinöl unterrEren und je nach Geschmack wahlweise Pastinaken, Möhren oder Apfel-Baby<class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>ei ab 4 Monate drunterrEren (enthält nur Obst/GemEe und Wasser!!) - fertig!  Echt lecker!

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Das ist gut, den frisst sie allein und ich muss sie nicht fEtern.

| Muss leider heute sagen,dass wir im Moment wieder Rückschritte machen, hab ich das Gefühl. Aber vielleicht empfinde ich nur so. Hab Lane den ganzen Tag noch nicht kötteln sehen, nichts frisches.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Glücklicherweise ist Lane kein zartes Nin und kam mit fast drei Kilo (leichtem Übergewicht) hier an, so dass sie kleine Reserven hat. Sie hat so in etwa Cavas Größe, vielleicht n bißchen mehr, also ich denke 2,3-2,5 kg sind da o.k. Die hat sie im Moment auch noch. (In der TK hatte sie sogar zugenommen!)

Aber ihr Allgemeinzustand ist ja auch gut, nur <class="markcol">span class="markcol">Brclass="markcol">span>ei kann ich dann keinen frischen machen, also hab ich jetz mehr hingestellt und hoffe das kann man machen - wird doch nicht gleich schlecht oder? Nur n bißchen fester.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Von daher sättigt eventuell nur die Menge, welche im Magen landet. Da diese aber auch im Verhältnis gesehen recht klein ist, denke ich nicht, dass es wirklich einen Effekt hat.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>ich hoffe, dass Madame fleißig geböllert hat, während Du arbeiten warst. Hast Du es schon mal mit "blättrigen" Sachen versucht? Die werden gerne noch gefuttert, wenn die Nickels krank sind. Gut kommen dann frische Kräuter (Basilikum, Petersilie, Dill), Krottengrün, Chicoree und solche Sachen an.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Welchen Tee hast Du denn angeboten? Vielleicht solltest Du mal einen anderen testen. Und in Ausnahmefällen darf man auch mal reinen Karottensaft oder Apfelsaft ins Wasser mischen, wenn es gerne gesüppelt wird. Gerade bei Verstopfung ist Flüssigkeit wichtig und da kann man auch mal so ein Geschütz auffahren.

Aber das weiß man nicht, oder? Kannst ja mal den Tierarzt dazu befragen. Wie sehen denn die Böller aus? Sind sie klein, schwarz, groß, faserig, haarig? Kannst Du das was erkennen?

Du kannst allerhöchstens Critical Care (oder ähnliches) ganz, ganz dünnflüssig anrühren.....ähnlich wie ein Tee, also nur ganz wenig Pulver und ganz viel Wasser.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Mal zur Erinnerung in 4 Tagen ca. 160 Böbbels, nicht gerade der Hit...aber wie schon gesagt, war ich mir mit Zufüttern nicht so sicher wegen evtl. Verstopfung/Haarballen. Darum hab ich ihr heute morgen noch mal ne Portion Leinöl eingeflöst...ohne Resultat

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Zunächst einmal muss ich sagen hab ich mich richtig ernst genommen gefühlt als Kaninchenhalter und kann weiterhin sagen, dass ich sehr zufrieden mit der behandelnden Ärztin war. Sie ist auch der Ansicht, lieber einmal früher zum Doc als zu spät, grad bei Nins. Auffälliges Fressen/Verdauung ist immer lebensbedrohlich. Die meisten Halter kommen zu spät oder garnicht (ich war bei meinen drei TA-Besuchen das einzige NInchen und der Warteraum war immer voll!!!)

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Dass sie noch nicht zufriedenstellend frißt, machte ihr Sorge, also hat sie Folgendes gemacht: Da die Allgemeinuntersuchung, sowie der Tastbefund von Magen/Darm nichts ergeben hat, und die nochmalige Zahnkontrolle ebenfalls ohne Befund war (keine Spitzen, nichts locker, keine Verletzungen im Maulbereich) haben wir uns entschlossen nochmals zu röntgen.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Hier ergab die Auswertung einen "homogenen Nahrungs<class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>ei in Magen/Darm), keine Aufgasungen oder Anzeichen von Verstopfung. Kein Befund.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Es müsste also was hinten raus kommen. Allerdings muss sie mehr fressen. Sie wurde noch mal gewogen und wiegt jetzt 2.300 g, was bedeutet, sie hat in 10 Tagen ca. 200 g abgenommen. Ist bei ihr noch nicht dramatisch, da sie auch jetzt noch in einem guten Zustand ist, aber weiter darf es nicht runter gehen.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Am liebsten hätte sie sie zur Kontrolle dabehalten: Kotabsatz, Fütterungsverhalten.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Ihre Flüssigkeitszufuhr ist aber i.O., und auch ihr Gesamteindruck war gut und unauffällig.(kann ich ja auch nicht anders sagen)

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Der Zahn, der auf dem ersten Röntenbild, als der Kiefer geröngt wurde evtl. Probleme machen könnte, war fest und auf Druck hat Lane überhaupt nicht reagiert. Nur auf einen bloßen Verdacht hin, sie in Narkose zu legen und einen Zahn zu ziehen, hält sie für unverantwortlich, aber weiter im Auge behalten.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Es könnte auch sein, dass die Niere wieder Probleme macht, darum soll ich morgen wieder hin, falls sie nicht ausreichend frißt und böbbelt. Dann würde nochmals ein Blutbild gemacht.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Die vollständige Genesung schreitet echt langsam voran. Nun sind es heute auf den Tag genau zwei Wochen, dass ich Lane in ihrem akuten Zustand in die TK <class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>ingen musste.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Nach unserem letzten TA-Besuch am Mittwoch und der immer noch nicht zufriedenstellenden Nahrungsaufnahme und natürlich dementsprechend geringem Kotabsatz schien sich ja wieder ein Teufelskreis zu schließen.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Wie ich schon schrieb, wollte die TÄ sie auch am liebsten dort behalten, aber ich dachte das krieg ich auch hin und sie muss nicht wieder aus ihrer gewohnten Umgebung, ist ja auch immer eine Umstellung die der Heilung sicher nicht förderlich ist.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Warum sie nicht selbstständig allein ausreichend frißt, konnte auch die TÄ nicht sagen, da die Zähne und der Maulbereich i.O. sind.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Sollte es aber nach Überwindung dieser neuerlichen Phase immer noch nicht besser werden, werde ich mir wohl noch eine dritte Meinung einholen (hab hier auch schon gelesen das zwei oder waren es sogar drei TÄ ins Mäulchen geschaut haben und erst der letzte was gemerkt hat)

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Da wir nun lt. Röntgenbild nahezu 100%ig eine Aufgasung und auch eine Verstopfung ausschließen konnten (was wohl weitaus schwieriger zu diagnostizieren bzw. auszuschließen ist, wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe), musste Lane also unbedingt wieder zugefüttert werden...und fast noch wichtiger war die regelmäßige Flüssigkeitszufuhr mittels Spritze, damit ihr Flüssigkeitshaushalt unbedingt im Gleichgewicht bleibt, weil wir ja noch das Nierenproblem im Hinterkopf behalten müssen, aber Futtern und Böbbeln haben erstmal Vorrang.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Also bekommt sie dann immer noch zusätzlich zu den Mahlzeiten verdünnten Fencheltee.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Leider kann ich immer noch nicht sagen, ob sie überhaupt bzw. ausreichen richtig Heu frißt..sie hat zwar mal nen Halm im Mäulchen und wühlt wie eine Verrückte darin herum, aber sicher bin ich nicht...
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Aber das CC frißt sie wie nichts, sie beißt mir beinahe auf die Spritze, also ich hätt nicht gedacht dass sie 25 - 30 ml in <class="markcol">span class="markcol">Brclass="markcol">span>uchteilen weglutschen kann (und ich mach ihn ziemlich dickflüssig, damit auch ordentlich was reingeht).
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Glücklicherweise konnte ich am Donnerstag zwischendurch nach Hause in der Mittagszeit und die Süße ein bißchen füttern und bewegen (den ersten Tag noch wieder Rodikolan und Leinöl dazu) - und jetzt ist ja WE.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Ich hab euch mal die Böbbels aufgehoben und fotografiert. Sie sind von ca. 18 h (Donnerstag). Bei den ersten Minis, die total hart waren, bekam ich gleich wieder Panik, aber durch die geringe Flüssigkeitszufuhr und wenig Rohfaser ( nur das geraspelte Gemüse und Grünzeug und Kräuter) war das dann die logische Folge. Doch wie ihr seht gehts jetzt besser.

Ja genau, den <class="markcol">span class="markcol">Brclass="markcol">span>ei zieht sie quasi aus der Spritze, das geht so schnell, das ich anfangs dachte, oh Gott, sie muss doch langsam schlucken - aber scheinbar ist das o.k. für sie. So sind wir superschnell fertig - nur das ins-Handtuch-packen bzw. sie reinkriegen dauert ein wenig. Allerdings roll ich sie auch nicht fest ein, aber ich kann sie so besser auf dem Arm halten.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>2. Dreimal wurde mittels Spreizer ins Mäulchen geschaut von zwei verschiedenen Ärzte. Und es wurde ein Röntgenbild des gesamten Kiefers gemacht, so halbschräg. Der hintere linke untere Backenzahn könnte evtl ein Problem machen, weil ein schmaler dunkler Saum unter der Wurzel zu sehen war, sonst alles o.k. Wurzeln o.B. und auch nciht zu lang, noch ausreichend Platz zum Kieferknochen.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Die rechte Seite war bei der Aufnahme leider nicht so gut zu beurteilen. Sollte ich nochmals eine zweite machen lassen? Oder lieber einen dritten TA draufschauen lassen?
