Barney geht es plötzlich schlecht - Update: Obduktionsergebnis |

hallo ihr lieben,
vielleicht haben es die ein oder anderen in unserem VG thread schon gelesen - dem barney geht es seit gestern auf ein<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l sehr schlecht.>KLICK HIER!<
Am sonntag hatten wir die VG gestartet und er ist halt ein kleiner hasenfuß, der erst immer flüchtet und irgendwann geschockt in der ecke sitzt.
Gestern habe ich dann bemerkt, dass er apathisch ist und sich kaum bewegt. zudem ließ er in der hennenposition immer den kopf nach vorn sinken - wenn die schnautze auf dem boden aufkam ist er wieder hochgezuckt und das ganze ging von vorn los.
eigntlich wollte ich die VG nicht unterbrechen, aber ich habe ihn und Mia dann eingepackt und bin zum TA gefahren.
Heraus kam, dass er sehr viel luft im bauch hat, der <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>gen aber auch gefüllt ist (evtl auch haare) und er wasser in der lunge hat. daher rast sein herz und er kann schwer atmen - der kreislauf <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>cht schlapp.
er hat erst<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l eine entwässerungs<span class="markcol">spspan>ritze bekommen und etwas für die darmmordalität sowie etwas für den kreislauf. zu hause sollte ich ihm dann bezo pet paste geben (3ml), für den fall dass er fell im <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>gen hat.
gegen 21 uhr (da war ich ca 3 stunden wieder zu hause) ging es ihm immer noch nicht besser, trotz der <span class="markcol">spspan>ritzen. ich habe den doc noch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l angerufen, und der riet mir ihm traubenzuckerlösung zu geben. die hat barney auch sehr gut aus der <span class="markcol">spspan>ritze getrunken.
er hat hin und wieder auch etwas salat geknabbert oder so, aber er war deutlich zu erschöpft um richtig zu fressen. gepieselt hatte er, aber keinen kot abgesetzt.
nach der traubenzuckerlösung war er immerhin in der lage den kopf die ganze zeit oben zu halten, aber mehr besserung trat auch nicht ein.
daher mussten wir ihm leider noch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l den tran<span class="markcol">spspan>ort zum doc zumuten, der ihn dann nachts aufgenommen hat.
es ist leider schwer zu sagen in welcher reihenfolge die symptome aufgetreten sind.
entweder hat sich erst das wasser in der lunge gebildet (b<span class="markcol">spspan> durch einatmen von staub - der torf fliegt momentan bei der vg durchs ganze gehege, das könnte schon sein), wodurch das herz in mitleidenschaft gezogen wird und er zudem schlechter luft bekommt und anfängt "luft zu schlucken", wodurch der bauch dann voller luft ist.
oder er hat herzbeschwerden (b<span class="markcol">spspan> durch ein blutgerinsel, dass sich gelöst hat, oder eine herzmuskelentzündung), weshalb dann die durchblutung nicht mehr richtig funktioniert und sich wasser in der lunge gebildet hat. die aufgasung könnte dann durch das schlechte fressen oder luftschlucken entstanden sein...
laut TA ist es erst<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l wichtig die symptome in den griff zu bekommen, ihm das atmen zu erleichtern und das herz zu entlasten. wenn wir das hin bekommen suchen wir die ursache.
die anderen drei haben die probleme nicht, aber ich werde heute den torf noch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l zusammen fegen. <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l sehen wie warm es wird, theoretisch würde ich gerne die steine mit wasser ab<span class="markcol">spspan>ülen oder wäre das zu viel des guten?
barneys zustand ist heute morgen immer noch der selbe hat <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n mir am telefon gesagt. er wurde heute morgen gefüttert (ich nehme an sie mussten päppeln) und wird heute noch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l gründlich untersucht. die praxis ruft mich an sobald es etwas neues gibt. |

Hmmm der doc meinte bei einer allergischen Reaktion hätten die Medikamente anschlagen müssen. Momentan ist er noch in der Klinik daher lass ich den torf drin bis er fit ist und wieder raus kann. Für den fall dass wir eine Allergie nicht ausschließen können müssen wir uns was für den buddelbereich überlegen.
Einen infekt hatte barney nicht seit wir ihn haben. Nur hautpilz und halt die zahnfehlstellung. Keine Parasiten etc... zwei wochen vor der vg war er auch beim doc zum durchchecken und war top fit.
Es ist auch nicht gesagt dass es vom herzen kommt, wäre aber möglich bei den Symptomen.
Ich fahre gerade zur klinik. <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l sehen was der arzt sagt.

Hallo ihr lieben,
Ich komm gerade aus der Klinik.
Das wasser hört <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n beim abhorchen deutlich. Er niest auch.
Geröntgt wurde er noch nicht, um ihm den stress zu er<span class="markcol">spspan>aren. Evtl steht das morgen an, je nach dem wie sich die lage entwickelt.
Theoretisch würde der ta gucken wollen, ob er was in der Luftröhre hat. Aber das würde barney momentan nicht verkraften. Und für das <span class="markcol">spspan>iegeln und ggf <span class="markcol">spspan>ülen der lunge müßte <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n ihn nakotisieren - das schafft sein Kreislauf nicht.
Heute hat er eine herztablette bekommen, die anzuschlagen scheint. Laut ta hat er einen deutlichen schub nach vorn ge<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>cht. Das sehe ich such so, aber ich freue mich lieber nicht zu früh, über den Berg ist er noch lange nicht.
Er hat eben von sich aus feldsalat, Petersilie und Basilikum gefuttert, auch wenn ihm die Anstrengung deutlich anzusehen war. Auch drei oder vier sonnenblumenkerne hat er genommen.
Ich war ne dreiviertel stunde bei ihm, hab ihn gestreichelt und gefüttert. In der zeit war es definitiv besser als gestern abend.
Er bekommt Infusionen und wird mehrmsls täglich untersucht. Heute bleibt er noch in der klinik beim doc. Der kann im Notfall einfach besser handeln als wir.
Das wars erst<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l. Ich bin völlig k.o.
Morgen früh ruf ich wieder in der Klinik an.

Hm, mir wäre trotzdem das Röntgen lieber, einfach auch um zu sehen, ob das Herz vergrößert ist oder <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n andere Auffälligkeiten sehen kann,...
Ansonsten hat Tina recht: Die meisten Herzerkrankungen kann <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n mit Medikamenten zumindest gut in Schach halten. Wenn du dich hier ein wenig umschaust wirst du sehen, dass Herzfehler hier schon oft das The<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an> waren.
Hoffentlich geht es tatsächlich und dann natürlich auch weiter bergauf! |

| Ich halte abhören bei soetwas für sehr unzuverlässig. Röntgen und dann ggf ein Herzultraschall halte ich für unerlässlich. Stress hin oder her so kann es ja ohne vernünftige Diagnose kann keine opti<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>le Behandlung gewährleistet werden. |

Guten Morgen,
Ich habe gerade mit dem Doc telefoniert.
Barney frisst und hat zusätzlich zur Infusion auch getrunken; der Zustand ist wie gestern abend.
Untersucht oder behandelt wurde er heute noch nicht, das steht noch aus.
Heute wird er geröntgt. <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l sehen was dabei raus kommt.

Ich hoffe beim röntgen kommt was raus! Der lebenswille ist da, sonst würden er nicht seinen salat und seine Kräuter so gut futtern.
Irgendwie hoffe ich dass es ein Herzfehler ist, den könnte <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n behandeln... wenn was in der lunge fest sitzt sueht es schlecht aus weil er für eine nakose zu schwach ist.
Die Ausrüstung für ne <span class="markcol">spspan>iegelung etc hat der ta alles, er hat das bei Kaninchen auch ge<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>cht. Aber das Risiko ist zu groß. Zu<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l auch viele kinder an verschluckten Lebensmitteln sterben, das sieht bei einem Tier nicht unbedingt besser aus...
Ich darf gar nicht darüber nachdenken!
Ich hoffe das röntgen bringt nähere erkenntnisse...

Das röntgen hat keine weiteren Erkenntnisse gebracht
Kein tumor, kein eingefallener lungenflügel o.ä., herz sieht unauffällig aus.
Der <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>gen ist voll, das war zu sehen. Er Futtert ja auch seinen Salat sehr gut.
Da es abgesehen davon keine Besserung gibt, möchte der doc morgen Luftröhre und lunge ansehen - dafür muss barney nakotisiert werden ich habe nun wirklich angst dass er nicht mehr aufwacht...
Die herzmedis haben nicht zu einer weiteren Verbesserung geführt. Ich hab angst dass er was verschluckt hat und wir das nicht raus kriegen. Ach <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n ich steh kurz vor nem Nervenzusammenbruch

ich habe eben noch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l versucht anzurufen (telefon<span class="markcol">spspan>rechstunde ist erst ab 10, ich denke aber die wollen das mit barney vorher <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>chen), aber es geht keiner ran. eigentlich wollte ich ihn drauf an<span class="markcol">spspan>rechen, ob <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n vllt erst einen schall vom herz <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>chen kann. ach scheiße
ich weiß nicht ob erneut geröntgt wird - ich wüsste momentan nicht warum; wenn der doc in hals und lunge rein guckt braucht er doch nicht noch <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l zu röntgen, oder? 
das röntgenbild wird sich innerhalb von 24 stunden wahrscheinlich auch nicht groß verändern?
ach <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n das ist alles so schrecklich. ich kann nicht einschätzen wie groß seine chancen sind die nakose zu überleben

ich hab eben die praxis doch noch erreicht - sie haben barney noch nicht in nakose gelegt!
Die Frau vom TA sagt, es wäre kein problem vorher noch ein ultraschall vom Herz zu <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>chen!
falls das unauffällig ist bleibt eh nichts anderes mehr übrig als unter nakose luftröhre & lunge zu begutachten
aber ich bin schon <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l froh, dass sie das vorher noch <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>chen - falls sich dabei was ergibt kommt er vllt um die nakose drum herum

gestern war ich da, sie hatten ihn in einen anderen behandlungsraum gebracht damit ich ein bisschen bei ihm sein kann.

ihr lieben,
ich sitze hier gerade und heule - vor glück!!!
barney geht es heute so gut, dass der arzt ihn nicht in nakose gelegt hat - das herzmittel scheint jetzt richtig anzuschlagen! Daher gehen wir jetzt davon aus, dass das problem nicht von der lunge sondern vom herzen kommt!
ein herzschall hat er nicht ge<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>cht, da er ein standardgerät hat - damit kann er nach eigener außsage sehen, wie das herz schlägt, er kann es auch außmessen - das wars aber eigentlich schon.
er fragt jetzt einen dr. lukas (eine mitarbeiterin arbeitet wohl auch bei dem), der ist tierkardiologe. ich hoffe, dass der barneys herz noch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l unter die lupe nehmen kann! als kardiologe wird er wohl ein besseres ultraschallgerät haben
wäre barneys zustand heute vormittag nicht schon so deutlich besser geworden, hätte er auch versucht das schon heute irgendwie bei dr lukas unterzukriegen.
barney pumpt nicht mehr so, und seine atmung ist deutlich besser geworden. er hat jetzt auch wieder eine nor<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>le temperatur!
ja, es geht ihm sogar so gut, dass wir ihn heute abend abholen dürfen!
ich bin sooo erleichtert!!! ich war mir nahezu sicher, dass der doc mir sagt, er hat die nakose nicht geschafft!
jetzt heißt es erst<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l aufatmen!
barney kommt natürlich noch nicht nach draußen zu den anderen, aber er kommt ins wohnzimmer. wenn er komplett fit ist und mit den medis richtig eingestellt ist, werden wir eine neue VG wagen - vorher nicht.
erst<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l muss er zu kräften kommen, wieder etwas zunehmen und auch knolliges problemlos fressen!
ich danke euch ganz wahnsinnig für den vielen zu<span class="markcol">spspan>ruch und die tips! jetzt habe ich zwar einen herzpatienten wie es aussieht, aber ich glaube, das ist das kleinste übel von allen!

Schön dass es besser ist!
ich fände es wichtig beim Herzultraschall zu schauen ob die Herzmuskulatur nor<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l dick ist (Verdickung kann zu Rückstau in der Lunge führen) und die klappen intakt sind. Welches Herzmedikament bekommt er denn?

Er hat bei der Möhre abgebissen und dann nicht gekaut, weil es ihn zu anstrengend war. Irgendwann hat ers dann ausge<span class="markcol">spspan>uckt.
Die Zähne wurden vor drei Wochen ge<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>cht und er muss ca alle 6 bis 8 Wochen hin, daher sollte das nicht das Problem sein.
Durch die schlechte Durchblutung hat er wohl auch muskelkrämpfe im kaumuskel bekommen - dann hat er so geknirscht beim futtern. Dagegen hat er auch was bekommen (Infusion).

Soweit ich weiß wird Prilium bei einem vergrößerten Herz oder verengten Arterien verwendet...
Eine genaue Diagnose gibt es ja demnächst bald und dann könnt ihr ja noch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l alles wegen den Medis abklären.

Ach ich bin einfach froh dass ihr mir so helft! Ich hab nicht damit gerechnet dass ein zweijähriges Kaninchen plötzlich herzprobleme bekommt - ich dachte entweder angeboren oder wenn sie älter werden
Naja wer weiß vielleicht ist es ja auch angeboren und wir hsben bei ser letzten vg einfach nur mega Glück gehabt!

Ich bin generell dafür Medikamente auf Grund einer Diagnose und nicht aufgrund von Symptomen zu geben, deshalb sollte die Gabe von Prilium mit der Diagnose genauer begründet werden.
Prilium ist ein ACE Hemmer, der die Herzarbeit erleichtert indem Vor- und Nachlast im Herzen sowie Blutdruck gesenkt wird. Wenn das Wasser bereits in der Lunge ist, bringt es alleine eher nichts sondern muss mit Entwässerungstabletten wie zum Bei<span class="markcol">spspan>iel Di<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>zon unterstützt werden. |

hallo ihr lieben,
heute war ich mit barney bei dem vet kardiologen dr tobias hier in hannover.
jetzt bin ich etwas ratlos denn - barneys herz ist definitiv nicht die ursache für seine beschwerden! er hat ihn mit einem echokardiographen untersucht, und sein herz ist perfekt!
auf der einen seite ist das natürlich schön, da er nun die herzmedis (die er hasst) nicht mehr nehmen muss. auf der anderen seite ist die frage - was hat er denn?
er wohnt momentan frei ihm wohnzimmer, und es geht ihm von tag zu tag immer besser! er frisst, rennt, liegt... er trinkt auch recht häufig (ich denke wegen dem wetter, werde es aber sicherheitshalber beim TA noch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l an<span class="markcol">spspan>rechen), hat aber auch immernoch mini-böbbel.
der kardiologe hat gesagt, dass nun nur der weg von der nase bis zur lunge bleibt - da muss es irgendwo ein problem gegeben haben bzw evtl hat er das problem ja noch.
aufgrund der symptome konnte er ein paar sachen ausschließen (kehlkopf bei<span class="markcol">spspan>ielsweise), da barney nicht hustet geht er auch nicht von einer bronchitis aus.
sein erster verdacht wäre momentan eine allergie - b<span class="markcol">spspan> gegen pollen, was saisonal bedingt wäre. ich kenne mich mit allergien bei kaninchen nicht aus, und er konnte mir auch nicht sagen, ob <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n allergietests <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>chen kann und wenn ja auf was.
uns <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>cht nur stutzig, das barney zwar hin und wieder niest (b<span class="markcol">spspan> wenn er unter dem sofa liegt oder gelegen hat), aber er keinen ausfluss aus der nase hat oder so. wäre das bei einer allergie nicht typisch?
als es ihm so richtig schlecht ging, hat er auch gar nicht geniest - da war der kreislauf einfach nur hinüber und <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n hat atembeschwerden hören können (<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l direkt mit dem ohr, <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l nur beim abhorchen).
laut dem kardiologen könnte es auch was asth<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>tisches sein, oder evtl parasiten - was jedoch schwer nachzuweisen wäre, da <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n mit einer endoskopie (nakose erforderlich) nur bei jedem 4. patienten eine diagnose stellen kann - und da denke ich, bei den patienten sind auch hunde und katzen gemeint.
der kardiologe meint, ich soll noch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l mit dr engelke <span class="markcol">spspan>rechen, aber er würde dazu tendieren, barney mit kortison<span class="markcol">spspan>ritzen zu behandeln, um zu schauen, ob es dadurch besser wird.
hat je<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>nd von euch damit erfahrung? ich weiß nicht recht ob ich an eine allergie glauben kann, denn unser TA hatte barney am anfang auch was ge<span class="markcol">spspan>ritzt, was bei einer allergischen reaktion hätte helfen müssen.
komischerweise ging es ihm mit dem herzmedikament ja auch besser (kann natürlich auch zufall sein) - allerdings wird das zumindest bei katzen auch bei nierenproblemen eingesetzt.
barney trinkt momentan schon vermehrt, pieselt sich aber nicht ein, stinkt nicht und pinkelt auch nicht übertrieben viel.
ich hab langsam keine ahnung mehr was es sein könnte und bin echt ratlos. falls es eine allergie ist und <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n das nicht testen kann, hab ich auch angst ihn raus zu setzen - ich kann die ursache dann ja nicht ausmerzen! wer weiß, worauf er reagiert!
innenhaltung sollte eigentlich für uns kein the<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an> mehr sein mia könnte ich auch nicht zu ihm rein holen, sie hat so einen buddel - und lauftrieb, dass ich dem drinnen nicht gerecht werden könnte.

Ich muss sagen, dass ich von Dr. Tobias sehr viel halte und er erkennt Dinge am Herzen sehr gut wenn da was sein würde.

ja, barney war bei uns das erste <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l bei der VG draußen. allerdings habe ich bilder von ihm als "jung-nudel" gesehen, auf denen er bei eva auch im garten war - wenn es eine pollenallergie wäre, hätte er ja da<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>ls auch darauf reagieren müssen, oder? naja, allergien gibt es viele, könnte sein dass er auf was anderes reagiert.
das der kreislauf so eingeknickt ist verwundert mich auch sehr - wir waren 2-3 stunden mit draußen, und er hat keine anzeichen gezeigt, dass er was nicht verträgt - gar kein niesen, augentränen oder juckreiz etc. und dann über nacht so ein kollaps? ich meine, wenn er so stark auf etwas reagiert, dann hätte <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n vorher doch zumindest IRGEND eine reaktion sehen müssen oder?

ja ich denke nach dem besuch bei dr tobias können wir das herz ausschließen - besser und genauer kann <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n barneys herz wohl kaum untersuchen.
hmmm das mit dem cortison ist auch so ne sache... ich bin in der hu<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>nmedizin nur bedingt ein freund davon.
nun ist es so, dass die anderen drei draußen quietschfiedel sind und die außenhaltung sehr genießen - ich würde mir natürlich wünschen, dass barney auch dort leben kann.
er niest immer wieder, und bei dr tobias hat <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n auch atemgeräusche (ein bisschen wie ich beim allergischen asth<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>  ) gehört - da hat er sich auch sehr aufgeregt.
das niesen ist komisch - hab extra gesaugt, aber er hat heute wieder geniest, auch als er nicht unter dem sofa lag.
ansonsten ist er fit (<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>cht halt miniböbbel, obwohl er frisst), rennt durchs ganze erdgeschoss und erkundet alles. vielleicht sind es noch keine hundert prozent, aber sicherlich 95 die er wieder erreicht hat.
auf was sollen wir das blut denn untersuchen lassen? allergien kann <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n dort wahrscheinlich leider nicht feststellen, oder?
dr engelke hat den bericht heute bekommen, er ruft mich nach der <span class="markcol">spspan>rechstunde zurück und wir be<span class="markcol">spspan>rechen, wie es weiter geht. dann kann ich ihn auf eine blutuntersuchung an<span class="markcol">spspan>rechen...

Ich würde erst<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l allgemein ein großes Blutbild anfordern, wenn dann bestimmte Werte erhöht sind, kann <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n andere zusätzlich noch nachfordern.
Ich weiß nicht wie es mit Kaninchenblut ist (ist ja nicht sonderlich weit erforscht) aber bei Pferden, Hunden und Katzen kann <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n durchaus Allergene im Blut nachweisen.
Eine Idee was es sein könnte, habe ich nur leider auch nicht wirklich. Klar scheint ja wohl nur zu sein, dass der funktionelle Raum in der Lunge die Ursache ist. Wenn die Blutwerte hohe Entzündung<span class="markcol">spspan>arameter aufweisen, kann <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n vielleicht von einer Entzündung ausgehen.

hallo ihr lieben,
ich melde mich aus einem unerfreulichen grund
barney ging es wieder besser und konnte auch mit dem rest der gruppe vergesellschaftet werden. das ist jetzt ungefähr 4 monate her...
ich dachte ich hätte das hier schon gepostet, aber jetzt habe ich bemerkt dass ich den ausgang hier gar nicht geschildert habe
das herz war ja nicht der <span class="markcol">spspan>ringende punkt und nach absetzen des mittels haben wir ihn erst<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l drinnen behalten und es ging ihm auch tag für tag besser, sodass wir irgendwann die VG gewagt haben. wie gesagt, vor vier monaten...
gestern morgen wollte er nicht fressen... die zähne oben hatte er sich vor ca 10 tagen abgebrochen (waren damit auch beim TA), allerdings waren sie eig schon wieder so lang, dass er fressen konnte (seit vorgestern hat er das auch wieder getan, vorher gab es ra<span class="markcol">spspan>elfutter).
da er immer einen gesunden appetit hat, kam mir das schon komisch vor. sonnenblumenkerne und etwas banane hat er aber gierig verschlugen, und da noch reste vom vorabend da waren habe wir auf einen vollgefressenen hasen getippt.
tja gestern abend hatte sich der zustand aber verschlechtert. im gehege kam er mir etwas apatisch vor, und weil ich sehen wollte ob er frisst und ich seine zähne checken wollte (draußen aufgrund der lichtverhältnisse nicht möglich) habe ich ihn mit rein genommen.
das ra<span class="markcol">spspan>elfutter hat er auch sofort genommen, allerdings hat er dabei immer seltsame aussetzer gehabt sah ein bisschen aus wie würgen, wobei ich weiß dass kaninchen das nicht können. als ich ihm wasser angeboten hab, hat er sich dabei verschluckt! da hab ich panik bekommen und den doc angerufen...
eine stunde <span class="markcol">spspan>äter war ich dann da (musste mit den öffis hin, ein stück sogar mit der taxe) und --- es ist der gleiche mist wie beim letzen <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l
er hat ihn abgehorcht und das "würgen" ist immer ein zustand wenn er keine luft kriegt... war in der praxis auch deutlich schlimmer als zu hause, er hat auch angefangen den kopf in den nacken zu legen, mit offenem mund zu atmen und sich immer so steif ge<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>cht...
der doc hat ihm was zum entwässern gegeben, ein AB (könnte ne lungenentzündung o.ä. sein), was zum appetit anregen und was zu besser atmen (Cortison dürfte das gewesen sein)...
dann hab ich ihn natürlich da gelassen, weil julian und ich ja arbeiten müssen
eben hab ich in der praxis angerufen - die atmung ist deutlich besser geworden  darüber bin ich auch heilfroh!
aber die frage bleibt, was es ist? Asth<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an> könnte es sein, eine entzündlicher prozess... er lebt ja in außenhaltung, daher könnte die kälte eine rolle <span class="markcol">spspan>ielen... ätzend! das herz können wir auch nicht ausschließen, halte ich aber für unwahrscheinlich weil der dopplerultraschall ja hervorragend war.
heute mittag rufe ich noch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l an. geröngt werden soll er, um die lunge auf sichtbare veränderungen untersuchen zu können.
habt ihr noch eine idee, was es sein könnte?
und eine sehr wichtige frage: wenn wir ihn wieder habe, darf er dann raus??? muss er den winter drinnen bleiben?! das wäre eine katastrophe! wie schnell verliert ein kaninchen denn das winterfell?
unser gehege besteht aus diesen typischen sichtschutzelementen, zu einer seite nur aus draht. zieht es vllt zu doll durch die lamellen, dass er zug kriegt? ggf würden wir das gehege jetzt noch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l von außen mit profilholz beplanken. der boden besteht aus torf bzw betonplatten... sollten wir rindenmulch o.ä. einstreuen?
eigentlich habe ich es als noch nicht allzu kalt empfunden, die anderen scheinen das auch problemlos wegzustecken... ach <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n ey

Hallo,
ich denke beim lesen wirklich an das Herz. Atemnot und eine so schnelle Verbesserung durch Entwässerungsmedikemente klingt nach vollgelaufener Lunge, und das ist absolut typisch für Herzinsuffizienzen.
Ob er wieder raus darf, tja, das kommt auf eure Diagnose an, eigentlich kenne ich aber nur wenig Krankheiten, bei denen ich ein Kaninchen nicht mehr nach draußen setzen würde - eigentlich kaum eine, sondern eher Zustände des Körpers als ganzes, und auch da können die Tiere "draußen" bleiben, wenn sie ein geschütztes Gehege (Schuppen, gut verkleidetes Gehege) haben.
Wartet erst ein<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l eine Diagnose ab, dann schaut weiter.
Ich würde in jedem Fall das Herz noch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l abklären lassen, Lungenentzündung natürlich auch, eventuell Röntgen ob es eine Obstruktion gibt. Echtes Asth<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an> habe ich beim Kaninchne noch nicht gehört, das wäre mir neu.
In einem Außengehege zumindest für den Winter eine oder besser zwei nebeneinanderliegende Seiten ganz bis teilweise (also eine Ecke) zu schließen (idealerweise die Seite, von der der Wind bei euch am häufigsten weht) halte ich bei jedem Außengehege für sinnvoll, damit die Tiere eine Stelle haben an der sie sich vor Zug oder heranwehenden Niedersschlägen ducken können, wenn sie wollen.

hmmm ja das mit dem herz ist so ne sache... besser als bei dr tobias mit dem dopplerultraschall kann <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n das herz ja wohl nicht untersuchen oder da war halt absolut nichts auffällig... zu dem zeitpunkt als es ge<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>cht wurde, hat barney das entwässerungsmittel auch gar nicht mehr bekommen, nur herztabletten, die nach aussage von dr tobias unnötig waren. hmpf
beim abhorchen hat <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n wohl kein wasser gehört, das entwässerungsmittel war prophilaktisch denke ich, weil er beim letzten <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l ja wasser in der lunge hatte - beschwören will ich es nicht, ich frage heute mittag <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l nach.
was genau sollte ich denn <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>chen lassen, um ihn auf eine herzinsuffizienz zu prüfen? und kann er damit leben? (er ist erst 2 jahre alt)...

ein Röntgenbild des Brustraumes wäre sicherlich gut. <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n könnte die Lunge sehen und auch das Herz.
Des weiteren ist abhören und Ultraschall natürlich auch wichtig.
Ich drücke die Daumen für Euch.
Wurde das Blut auch schon untersucht? |
