Hallo Leute!
Ich brauch dringend einen Rat.
Unser großer ist seit heute nachmittag recht ausgepowert und liegt viel rum.
Außerdem meine ich, dass er leicht zittert.
Ich hab sofort den Bauch gefühlt, aber der ist nor<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l.
Kann er einfach nur kaputt sein oder sollte ich mir Sorgen <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>chen?
Ich hab ihm auch leicht den Bauch <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>ssiert.
Das genießt er richtig.
Er knirscht nicht mit den Zähnen.
Er trommelt nicht gar nichts.
Aber irgendwas ist komisch.
Er lässt sich ohne Gegenwehr auf den Arm nehmen. |

Hallo,
hast Du gesehen, ob er Kot absetzt? Frisst er?
Eventuell hat er Bauchschmerzen - diese zeigen sich bei meinen Tieren immer mit solchen Symptomen.
Daher wäre es wichtig zu wissen, ob er frisst.

Frisst er und böbbelt er nor<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l?
Wenn er apathisch wirken sollte, dann bitte sofort zum Tierarzt.

Heute morgen als wir zur Arbeit gingen, war alles noch nor<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l.
Er ist ein extremer Explorer. Der flitzt überall rum.
Und ist der erste, der in die Wohnung flitzt, wenn die Tür aufge<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>cht wird.
Er liegt auch gerne rum.
Nur heute lag ganz ruhig auf einem Stuhl, <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>chte sich platt, als ich kam und ließ sich anstandslos auf den Arm nehmen.
Er drückte sich regelrecht an mich.
Danach <span class="markcol">spspan>rang er von der Couch auf den Boden und legte sich hin. Aber so komisch.
Er wird müde.
Dann hoppelte er ein Stück. Legte sich wieder hin, <span class="markcol">spspan>rang noch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l auf, legte sich wieder hin und hoppelte dann ins Schlafzimmer, wo er auf dem Bett liegt. Es ist aber ein anderes liegen, als sonst, wenn er seine Ruhe genießt.
Und er zittert am Oberkörper. Sobald <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n ihn streichelt, hört es für die Zeit
auf. Und die Vorderpfoten fühlen sich leicht kühl an.
Medizin haben wir nicht da. Die Frage ist ob lau warmer Minztee was helfen könnte.
Wir testen jetzt, ob er was frisst. |

Wenn Du keine Medikamente da hast, bitten wir Dich mit ihm zum TA zu fahren.
Ich vermute <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>genschmerzen - aber auch dies sollte ordentlich untersucht werden, denn ich sehe ihn nicht - es ist eine Vermutung von deinen Beschreibungen her.
Bitte schau, ob Du den Bereitschaftsarzt erreichst und mit ihm dort hinfahren kannst.

Guten Morgen!
Gibbs hat mir eine schlaflose Nacht und einen Urlaubstag beschert.
Ich hab gestern Nacht noch mit meiner Tierärztin telefoniert.
Es hieß entweder beobachten oder zur Tierklinik.
Da Gibbs sich zwischendurch putzte und zum Trinken nötigen ließ, haben wir uns fürs beobachten entschieden .
Ich hab ihm also Wasser vorgesetzt und ihm stundenlang den Bauch <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>ssiert.
Irgendwann fing er von selbst an zu trinken, wollte aber immer noch nichts essen.
Auch heute morgen noch nicht. Das Zittern wurde zwar weniger, aber fressen wollte er nicht.
Ich war dann heute morgen die Erste beim TA.
Lange Rede kurzer Sinn: Zur Zeit sind wohl schon einige nins im Fellwechsel, so wohl auch Gibbs.
Und wie alle diese Fälle hat Gibbs einen leeren Darm und einen mit Flüssigkeit,Luft und Haaren gefüllten <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>gen.
Er hat Aufbau<span class="markcol">spspan>ritzen bekommen und ich eine <span class="markcol">Spspan>ritze und Päppelbrei.
Wir müssen ihn heute "zwangsernähren" bis er wieder selber ist.
Ich soll ihn heute beobachten, abtasten und gucken, ob er mit Hilfe des Päppelbreis wieder anfängt zu kötteln.
Durch den Stau im <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>gen und den leeren Darm ist da halt null Aktivität und Appetit.
Wenn ich Glück hab kriegt er im Laufe des Tages akutes Sturmkötteln, dann ist alles gut, denn sollte er auch wieder selber fressen.
Wenn sich das noch länger hinzieht, müssen wir die Woche noch <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l zum TA.
Und so habe ich dann heute auch Urlaub. Dank an meinen Arbeitgeber, um den kleinen wiedr fit zu kriegen.
Und die Schicht morgen übernimmt mein <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>nn.
Noch <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l vielen Dank an Euch alle. Ihr habt mich vor ner Panikattacke bewahrt.
Aber Päppeln ist voll unangenehm. Ich fühl mich, wie ein Sadist...
PS.: Ich soll frischen Ananassaft kaufen. Hilft beim Fellwechsel und ersetz das Fell. Aber immer nur ein paar ml. |

Ist denn geklärt, dass die Haare den <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>genausgang nicht verschließen - oder anders gefragt, ist eine Verstopfung absolut ausgeschlossen?
Denn wenn keine Köttel kommen und ihr nicht zu 100% sagen könnt, dass der <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>gen-Darm-Trakt durchgängig ist, solltest du nicht päppeln - das kann richtig gefährlich werden.
Den Ananas-Saft kannst du dir <span class="markcol">spspan>aren. Die Früchte sind inzwischen so gezüchtet, dass von den nötigen Enzymen fast nichts mehr enthalten ist (schmekt den Kunden so einfach besser). Nimm doch statt dessen ein gutes pflanzliches Öl, das <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>cht die Sache flutschiger und erleichtert das Ausscheiden. Wenn im <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>gen eine Gasbildung erkennbar ist, kannst du auch Sab Simplex geben, das hilft sehr zuverlässig. |

Verschlossen ist nichts.
Er hat vorhin schon ein<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l gekotet( Zwar wenig, aber es kam was!)
Meine TÄ sagte, das durch den Brei die Verdauungstätigkeit wieder angeregt wird.
Sobald er wieder richtig köttelt, sollte er auch wieder anfangen nor<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l zu fressen.
Ich soll ihm auch nur sehr wenig geben.
Und immer wieder gucken, ob er frisst.
Und wenn ihm das Bauchstreicheln gut tut, auch das . Beruhigt und so.
Auch wenn Gibbs das Füttern nicht toll fand. Geschmeckt hat es wohl.

Bauch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>ssagen (nicht unbedingt streicheln, sondern eher nach hinten hin weg-<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>ssieren) können tatsächlich unterstützen, und wenn wirklich keine Verstopfung vorliegt ist natürlich das Zufüttern Okay. Wichtig ist, dass <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n die Mengen wirklich so gering hält dass das Tier nicht dauernd satt ist. Sonst neigen auch weider gesundete Tiere dazu, das Fressen nicht oder sehr ver<span class="markcol">spspan>ätet wieder anzufangen.

Das sagte mir meine TÄ auch. Deshalb soll ich ihn genau beobachten.
Was ich am überraschensten fand: Das Zittern hörte immer für kurze Zeit nach dem "<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>ssiern" auf und dann trank Gibbs auch.
Außerdem hab ich ihm angesehen(wie bei nem Menschen) bevor ich das Zittern bemerkte, dass da was nicht stimmt. Er lag halt anders, obwohl gleiche Stellung, als zum Chillen. Abgesehen davon, dass er es eigentlich hasst, auf den Arm genommen zu werden. Er legt sich lieber zwischen die Beine oder <span class="markcol">spspan>ringt einem auf den Bauch. Aber immer nur zu seinen Konditionen. Und dann schmiegt er sich plötzlich an einen. Und ich hatte ihn nur hochgehoben, um zu schauen ob alles OK ist.
Ich versteh das immer noch nicht richtig, aber ich habs gemerkt.

PS.: Gibbs ist der große golbraune auf dem Foto und daneben ist Abby, seine Häsin.
Das Foto ist ein knappes Jahr alt ( alle aktuelleren Fotos haben zu viel KB oder MB).
