Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich bräuchte <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l euren Rat. Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob ich schon zum Tierarzt sollte oder nicht: Und zwar ist es so, dass Stöpsel beim Hoppeln durchs Gehege oder beim Freilauf durchs Zimmer seine Hinterläufe nicht mehr richtig hebt..... Nur so hin und wieder <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l..... Wenn er zum Bei<span class="markcol">spspan>iel auf den Balkon <span class="markcol">spspan>ringt - da ist ein Absatz von ungefähr 10 cm, was ja für ein Kaninchen nun wirklich kein Problem ist. <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>nch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l <span class="markcol">spspan>ringt er problemlos rüber und <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>nch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l kommt er gar nicht mit den Hinterläufen hoch. Das selbe <span class="markcol">Spspan>iel wenn er aus der Toilettenwanne <span class="markcol">spspan>ringt. <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>nch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l gehts, aber <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>nch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l rudert er auf dem Brett mit den Vorderpfötchen rum und kommt einfach nicht hoch.... Und ich habe jetzt auch zwei, drei <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l schon gehabt, dass wenn er ganz nor<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l sitz und ich ihn streicheln will, dass <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n Stöpsel so auf die Seite kippen kann.... ganz merkwürdig....
Sollte ich doch <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l zum Tierarzt?

Ab zum Tierarzt - je eher desdo besser - ist meine Meinung.
Erst wenn du eine Diagnose hast, kannst helfen.
Wie lange geht das schon so? Hat sich Stöpsel <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l verletzt?
Auch an EC habe ich beim Lesen gedacht - also wenn mgl. gleich morgen zum TA  |

Hallo,
da kann vieles im Argen liegen - EC wurde ja schon genannt, genau so aber eine Arthrose, Muskelschwund oder durch Wucherungen oder <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>ngel beeinträchtigte Nervenbahnen können da genau so eine Rolle <span class="markcol">spspan>ielen. Eine erste Idee wäre für mich eine Röntgenaufnahme, denn damit kann <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n zumindest schon einen teil der Probleme ausschließen oder eben identifizieren.
Wenn dein Tierarzt EC erfahren ist, kann er auf jeden fall auch die anderen möglichen Anzeichen eines Ausbruches zu erkennen versuchen.

Vielen Dank für die schnellen Antworten.
Ich werde morgen Vormittag zum Tierarzt fahren. Ich hatte auch schon daran gedacht, dass er vllt. was mit den Muskeln hat oder Arthrose.... Das geht schon etwas länger, aber ich hatte in den letzten 2, 3 Tagen das Gefühl, dass es schlechter wird und darum werde ich morgen definitiv mit ihm zum Arzt fahren.

Hallöchen,
wir sind jetzt gerade wieder da vom TA.
Die Tierärztin hatte die Wirbelsäule Hinterläufe abgetastet. Und hat sich beguckt wie er hoppelt. Dann hat sie ihm Vitamin B und ein Entzündungshemmer ge<span class="markcol">spspan>ritz, welches ich jetzt erst <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l eine Woche lang mit Futter weitergeben soll. Und wenn es dann nicht besser sein sollte, soll ich mich noch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l melden.....

Hi,
also sie hatte keinen wirklichen Verdacht. Von EC war nicht die Rede... sie sagte halt, <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n könne bei Kaninchen die Wirbelsäule sehr gut ertasten und auch schon einiges ausschließen.... Ich mein, sie wird ja schon ihre Erfahrung haben. Ich gebe die Medis jetzt erst ein<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l eine Woche, so wie mir gesagt wurde und werde den Kleinen natürlich gut beobachten und entweder wird es besser (dann wäre es ja gut) und wenn nicht, fahre ich wieder hin und lasse ihn dann röntgen! Wir hoffen das Beste! |

Ein Röntgenbild wäre natürlich schon sinnvoll. Tasten kann <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n zwar ob ein Wirbel hervorsteht, aber kleinere Sachen sieht <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n nicht.

Das heißt ja leider nichts - ich hatte hier schon eine Häsin, die mit gerade zwei Jahren bereits Arthrose hatte.
Das muss natürlich für euch nun nichts heißen, ich will damit nur darauf aufmersam <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>chen, dass unter Umständen Dinge schon im vorheinein für unwahrscheinlich abgetan werden, und so eine Weile lang übersehen werden.
In erster Linie hoffe ich aber natürlich für euch, dass das Problem nicht wieder auftaucht. |

Hallo,
neuer Bericht vom TA - wir waren gestern wieder da, da bei Stöpsel weder eine Verbesserung, noch eine Verschlechterung zu sehen ist, trotz Medis (Metacam und Vitamin B): Bei einer Röntgenaufnahme wurde gesehen, dass Stöpsel eine leichte Arthrose in der Hüfte hat. Die TÄ meinte, dass das zwar der Grund für das schlechte <span class="markcol">Spspan>ringen sein kann, allerdings keine Erklärung dafür, dass Stöpsel die Hinterläufe so hinterherzieht.... Ich hatte sie ange<span class="markcol">spspan>rochen auf EC und sie meinte, es könnte sein, aaaber EC kommt halt plötzlich und verschlechtert sich ja sehr schnell, was ja nun bei Stöpsel nicht der Fall ist. Er hat jetzt eine Schmerz<span class="markcol">spspan>ritze bekommen, die er Donnerstag nochein<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l bekommt. Zudem wird Donnerstag noch eine Untersuchung der Köttel ge<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>cht, da es auch sein kann, dass er vllt. einen Parasiten im Darm hat....
Ehrlich gesagt, richtig zufrieden bin ich noch nicht, obwohl ich ihr gesagt habe, dass ich gerne Klarheit haben möchte.... Aber wenn <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n jetzt noch einen anderen TA aufsucht, fängt ja alles wieder von vorne an und das ist ja alles nicht gerade billig....  |

eine Zweitmeinung und Beratung kostet ja erst<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l nicht so viel. Wenn Du Dich nicht gut aufgehoben fühlst, solltest Du einen Wechsel oder Zweitmeinung in Betracht ziehen.
Hat sie Vitamin B gegeben? Es kann im Grunde nie schaden, ein Tier auf Verdacht gegen E.C. zu behandlen. E.C. zeigt sich so Facettenreich, das es nicht immer leicht auszu<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>chen ist.
Es stimmt auf jeden Fall etwas nicht mit ihm und es gilt nun herauszufinden, woran er leidet. Und wenn Du an ihrer Diagnose/Behandlung zweifelst kannst Du Dir ja die Röntgenbilder geben lassen und sie einem kaninchenerfahrenem Tierarzt in Deiner Nähe zeigen.
