Also nach der 3ten Verstopfung durch Haarballen im 3ten Fellwechsel bei mir bin ich jetzt auch der Suche nach Flutschig<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>chern... nach Anti-Verstopfmitteln... nach Ich-<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>ch-euch-fertig-ihr-Haarballen-Mitteln
Bis jetzt gab es im Fellwechsel alle 2-3 Tage <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>lzpaste von Feli<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>lt bzw. auch <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l Nager<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>lt und Sonnenblumenkerne. Aber offensichtlich hat das nicht so wirklich geholfen.
Die <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>lzpaste überlege ich jetzt wegen ihrer Umstrittenheit (und offensichlichen Nicht-Hilfe) zu ersetzen.
Ich bin schon öfters über Leinkuchen gestolpert. <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>cht das Sinn für so eine Geschichte? Sind die gut? Gesund?
Oder Fenchelsamen? Oder Leinsamen als Ganzes?
Oh, Leinöl über Futter ist das Kaninchenabwehrmittel hier... Da werde ich nur mit großem Was-soll-der-ecklige-Mist-über-unserem-Futter-Blick angestiert und es wird in den Hungerstreik getreten . Paraffinöl wollte ich aber nicht verwenden trotz des neutralen Gesch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>cks, da es ein Industrieprodukt ist. Oder ist das doch noch die beste Alternative?
Bin über sämtliche Tipps, Ideen dankbar! Das ist mittlerweile ein Lebensziel: Hazel ohne Verstopfung durch einen Fellwechsel zu bringen!
PS: Fütteruhg hier mit Heu, frischen Küchenkräutern, <span class="markcol">Spspan>itz- und Weißkohl, Wirsing, Kohlrabi, Eisbergsalat, Salatherzen, Feldsalat, Karotte, Fenchel, Staudensellerie, ab und zu Brokkoli. Apfeläste. Erweiterung ist bereits in Planung. |

Leinöl wird immer wieder von Kaninchen verschmäht, in dem Fall würde ich es mit Sonnenblumenöl probieren, vielleicht klappt es wenn du das auf Brokkoli tropfst.
Mit Leinkuchen habe ich keine Erfahrung, Leinsamen an sich kannst du in kleineren Mengen durchaus füttern, ob das genügend Wirkung zeigt würde ich aber bezweifeln. Fenchel wäre eher bei Blähungen als bei Verstopfung hilfreich, kann aber ebenfalls in überschaubaren Mengen gefüttert werden und den finden sie wirklich toll. |

Oh, okay... Sonnenblumenöl! Daran hab ich gar nicht gedacht. Und das ist bei eventuell täglicher Gabe über das Futter während des Fellwechsels unbedenklich? Weil von Sonnenblumenöl hab ich so noch gar nicht gelesen, dass das gegeben wird. |

Ich gebe ehrlich gesagt immer das Öl, das ich gerade in der Küche verwende. Je gesch<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>cksneutraler es ist, desto besser futtern meine den Brokkoli. Rapsöl, Sonnenblume, <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">Maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>iskeim... was gar nicht ging, war das Erdnussöl 
Der einzige negative Nebeneffekt von einer längeren Gabe ist eine mögliche Gewichtszunahme. Wenn das zum Problem werden sollte, hilft es auf Paraffinöl umzustellen, da das im Gegensatz zu den Pflanzenölen nicht verstoffwechselt wird.
Wenn du es im Fellwechsel zwei-drei <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l im Jahr über einige Tage gibst, dann sollte das keine Probleme <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>chen.
Ich hatte mit Snoopy eine Teddymix-Dame, der ich im Fellwechsel regelmäßig Öl geben musste und wenn ich damit rechtzeitig genug angefangen habe, gab es nie Probleme. Sonst aber auch nichts so extremes wie bei dir, nur Köttelketten, klein Köttel und leichtes Unwohlsein. |

Okay, da hab ich <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l wieder zu kompliziert gedacht.
Mit der Gewichtszunahme muss ich <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l schauen. Bei ihr wäre das kein Problem, da sie eh recht schlank ist und ihr Gewicht supere hält. Nur er ist grad zu einem kleinen Moppelchen geworden.
Der Fellwechsel dauert hier nämlich ziemlich lange. Der jetzige schon 1,5 Monate und wir sind immer noch nicht durch...
Dann müsste ich vielleicht so auf alle zwei/drei Tage die Ölgabe <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>chen. Sonst wird das zu viel.
Dann probier ich das jetzt schon <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l aus mit dem Sonnenblumenöl. Ich hoffe, dass es klappt!
Wie hast du das gesteuert, dass Snoopy so viel Öl bekommen hat, dass es gereicht hat und nicht ihr Partner den Großteil weggefuttert hat? <span class="markcol">Spspan>eziell gereicht? |

In der Regel habe ich Snoopy immer "ihr" Röschen Blumenkohl oder Brokkoli gereicht und sie das aus der Hand futtern lassen. Ganz zu Beginn, als es das erste <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l ein Problem war, habe ich es ihr per <span class="markcol">Spspan>ritze ins Mäulchen gegeben.
Was das Gewicht betrifft, musst du es au<span class="markcol">spspan>robieren. Es sind ja keine Unmengen, die sie zu sich nehmen. Da muss <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n für jedes Tier individuell betrachten und sehen, was passiert. Es ist nur wichtig, die möglichen Folgen im Hinterkopf zu haben um einen Zusammenhang herstellen zu können. Wenn du merkst, dass er in Zukunft immer breiter wird, dann solltest du <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l beobachten, ob bevorzugt er am Brokkoli isst und sie nicht so viel abbekommt |

Ganz blöd ausgedrückt war es dann nicht schmieriger als sonst auch.
Bei <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>nchen Tieren kann <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n Ölsorten durchtesten, <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>nche sind da empfindlicher als andere, das ist wohl wahr.
Wenn sie es gar nicht annehmen mögen, dann bleibt immer noch die "direkte Tour" mit Öl (da kann <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>n dann neben Pflanzenöl auch Paraffinöl nehmen, das wird nicht verdaut und sorgt darum auch nicht für Gewichtszunahme) und <span class="markcol">Spspan>ritze direkt ins Mäulchen |

Da ich grad kein Brokkoli da habe, habe ich grad <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l einen guten Schwung über den Salat auf dem Futterteller gegeben. Wahrscheinlich viel zu viel. Hab halt Schiss, dass sie bei zu wenig Öl auf dem Futter dann gar nichts von futtert, weil bis sie es nimmt eh alles heruntergetropft ist.
Mir kommt es so vor, als riechen die das sofort. Der Wirsing, der oben drauf lag über dem Öl, würde fein säuberlich gefuttert, der Rest mit Öl keines Blickes gewürdigt.
Schmieriges Futter bekommen sie nicht. Also so was wie To<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>te, wo es nicht auffallen würde. Hab <<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l überlegt, ob sie es vllt im Bananenbrei futtern würden... Ich glaub, das Problem ist echt der Geruch und dann das Schmierige. Ich kann nämlich nicht behaupten, die hätten das probiert und dann für schlecht befunden, sondern Nase reingehalten und igitt.
<span class="markcol">Spspan>ritze ins Mäulchen läuft nicht. Hazel ist ein Panickel wie es im Bilderbuche steht. Und sehr scheu, wenn der Kontakt nicht von ihr aus geht. Öfters anfassen geht daher gar nicht, dann haut sie vor lauter Angst nur immer wieder ab und kommt gar nicht mehr aus den Verstecken. Sie haaaaasst es, angefasst zu werden. Ich hab auch Angst, dass sie sich bei der <span class="markcol">Spspan>ritze am Öl verschluckt, weil dann ist ja Ende Gelände... hab das bis jetzt nur ein<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>l ge<<span class="markcol">spspan>an <<span class="markcol">spspan>an class="markcol">classspan class="markcol">spspan>an>="markcol">maspan class="markcol">spspan>an>cht, jetzt bei der Verstopfung als absoluten Notfall.
