Frage zu Arthrosebehandlung für meine Luna - wer kann helfen?

Hallo, <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>meine Luna (6 Jahre) hat starke Arthrose im hinteren Bereich der Wirbelsäule. Sie bewegt sich so gut wie gar nicht mehr. Beim Sitzen schiebt sie ihre Hinterpfoten vor die vorderen. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>> <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Bisher wird sie mit Metacam, Novalgin (mit Pausen), Traumeel und Zeel Ampullen für Tiere (Immer) behandelt und Rodicare Artrin (mit Pause). <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>> <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Das scheint alles nicht sonderlich zu helfen. Sie frisst zwar und putzt sich und ihr Männchen, vermeidet aber so gut es geht jede Bewegung. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Sie liegt meist. Fressen tut sie auch im Liegen. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>> <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Habe die Internetseite "Naturheilkunde bei Tieren" entdeckt. Da werden verschiedene, chinesische Heilkreuter in Tablettenform angeboten bei Arthrose und Spondylose. Auch speziell für Kaninchen. Hat da vielleicht schon jemand Erfahrung damit gemacht ? <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>> <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Sie hat Schmerzen und ich möchte ihr helfen. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>> <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Hat jemand noch eine Idee ? <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Was kann ich ihr noch geben, dass es ihr besser geht ?

Guten Abend! <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Mit chinesischen Heilkräutern habe ich keine Erfahrung. Aber bei starken Schmerzen würde ich da ehrlich gesagt auch nicht als Erstes dran denken. Hast Du mal mit Deinem Tierarzt bezüglich Schmerzmittel gesprochen? Wenn Metacam und/oder Novalgin in der aktuellen Dosierung nicht helfen, dann würde ich da erst einmal nachhaken, ob man Dosierung oder Schmerzmittelart ändern kann damit es Luna wieder besser geht.

Hallo Krümmelchen, hallo Luna, <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>> <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>leider haben wir Erfahrung mit Arthrose. Und schreibe einfach mal. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Zu Deiner Frage mit chinesischen Heilkräutern: Wir haben Geria Comfort Tabletten von Sensipharm vera<class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>eicht. Gemörsert und als feines Pulver in den Aufbau <class="markcol">span class="markcol">Brclass="markcol">span>ei getan zum Füttern. In diesen Tabletten sind verschiedene chinesische Kräuter enthalten.Hat es geholfen? Wir sind nicht sicher. Wir haben einfach täglich einen "Superhelden<class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>ei" vera<class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>eicht, mit immunstärkenden, aufbauen Inhaltsstoffen (bei Interesse kann ich das Rezept hier mal reinstellen). <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Zusätzlich MSM, als Kapsel, ebenfalls öffnen Pulver raus und anrühren. MSM soll schmerzlindernd wirken, zusätzlich zu Novalgin, metacam und Co. Ausserdem Grünlippmuschelextrakt (eigentlich für Katzen). <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Ob dies alles einen positiven Effekt hatte. Wenn ja, dann kaum wahrnehmbar. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Arthrose ist eine schreckliche Erkrankung, gerade auch für Kaninchen. Solange die kleinen noch kleine Strecken hoppeln geht es. Wenn sich, wie es auch bei uns der Fall war, gar nicht mehr bewegt wird beginnt eine Phase in der intensive Pflege nötig wird. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Unter dem Kaninchen sammelt sich Kot und Urin an. Irgendwann ensteht auch Dekubitus, nahezu unvermeidbar. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Als echte Hilfe empfanden wir den Kauf eine viskoelastischen Kissens damit gelangt beim Liegen /Sitzen Sauerstoff unter das Kaninchen. Dies wirkt schmerzlindernd und beugt Feuchtigkeit vor. Der Kissen entlastet wirklich sehr. ganz wichtig, es muss ein viskoelastisches Sitzkissen sein, auch Rollstuhlfahrer benutzen dies. kein Kopfkissen, sondern Sitzkissen, da dies eine gerade Ebene hat! Es verschlechtern sich dadurch schon nach kurzer Zeit ihre Leberwerte. Deshalb möchte der Tierarzt erstmal nicht an der Dosierung ändern. Im Moment sind es 10 Tage Metacam (+ Novalgin bei Bedarf). Danach pflanzliche Mittel zur Normalisierung der Leberwerte. Klappt bis jetzt ganz gut. Hallo Luna, hallo Krümmelchen, <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>> <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>es ist ganz toll dass Luna noch aufs Klo geht. Jede Bewegung die noch möglich ist ist gut. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Zeel und Traumeel und Rodicare Artrin sind super. Und Ingwer. Ingwer wirkt stark entzündungshemmend. Und frisch geraspelt, besser gehts ja gar nicht. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Das Sitzkissen. Wir haben es aus der mitgelieferten Hülle ausgepackt. Dann haben wir ganz viele dünne Fleecedecken gekauft. Diese bunten für 2 Euro das Stück. Die haben wir dann in kleine Stücke geschnitten und das Kissen damit umhüllt. Da wir ja aufgrund Kot und Urin alle 2 Stunden das "Bettchen" saubermachen mussten, war das superpraktisch. Die kleinen Decken immer wieder gewaschen, nach einer halben Stunde sind die bei geöffnetem fenster wieder trocken. Und es war ein großer Vorrat da. Dieses Kissen mit den Fleecedecken wurde nicht angeknabbert. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Grünlippmuschelpulver ist ja nun mal in der Tat nicht vegetarisch. Aber es richtet deshalb keinen Schaden an. Unser Schatz hat z.b. auch Omega 3 Öl bekommen. Aus Fisch gemacht. War ok. In vielen anderen Medikamenten für Kaninchen sind auch bestandteile tierischen Ursprungs. Hauptsache es hilft. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Zu den Büchern: <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Anja Ewringmann - Leitsymptome beim Kaninchen (Diagnostischer Leitfaden und Therapie, Enke Verlag) <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>-Dieses Buch ist für Tiermediziner geschrieben. Uns hilft es, weil man beim Tierarzt einfach nicht so blöd dasteht, man kann gezielt um Untersuchungen bitten und sich selbst zu Krankheiten aufschlauen. Hinten im Buch sind umfangreiche Medikamentenlisten mit Angaben zu Dosierung und Nebenwirkungen. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>> <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Und meine "Bibel". Lucile C. Moore - When your rabbit needs special care (Verlag Santa Monica Press) <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>> Frau Moore ist Tiermedizinerin und passioniere Kaninchenmama seit Jahrzehnten. Das Buch umfasst das ganze Sprektrum von Bedürfnissen kranker, pflegebdürftiger Kaninchen oder Kaninchen mit Behinderungen und seelischen Traumata. Und es tut auch der Seele von uns Kanincheneltern gut, weil es viele Tips zur Psychohygiene etc. gibt. Leider, soweit ich weiß, nur im Original in englischer Sprache erhältlich. Vielleicht wurde es inzwischen mal übersetzt. In dem Buch zu lesen ist ein bisschen so wie hier im Forum zu sein. Man weiß, man ist nicht alleine. Es gibt tausende Kanincheneltern auf der Welt. Zusammen sind wir stark. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Nun mal das Rezept für unseren Superhelden<class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>ei: <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Basis ist ein Esslöffel Critical Care Fine Grind von Oxbow. Schmeckt und duftet super nach Ananas. Es ist einen Hauch feiner als Critical Care Original. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Dosierungen sind immer ca. eine Messerspitze voll. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Baldrianpulver (entkrampfend) <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Vitamin C Pulver (wirksam gegen Blasengrieß, gut für Immunsystem) <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Magnesium (für Herz und Knochen) <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Kalium ist schon im Critical Care drin. Ganz speziell als er alt war hat er danach auf Superleckerlis bestanden. Ein kleines Minibällchen Erdnussbutter gerollt war sein Favorit. Gab Kraft und wirkte gegen Gewichtsverlust. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Mit dem <class="markcol">span class="markcol">Brclass="markcol">span>ei haben wir gute Erfahrungen gemacht, besonders in ganz schweren Krisen. Die oben genannten Zutaten haben wir mit Kümmeltee oder Fruchtsaft geschmeidig angerührt. Die Menge reichte jeweils für 3-4 Tage. Im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt. Aber es blieb immer noch was zum Entsorgen ü<class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>ig. War 12 Jahre bei uns. Da sie mit ihrer Verdauung arge Probleme hat, hab ich auch vor der Wahl gestanden. Schmerzmittel mit Nebenwirkung oder alternative Behandlung ohne Nebenwirkung. Bonny ist 7 Jahre alt und hatte sich vor 6 Jahren die Vorderpfote ge<class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>ochen. sie ist schief zusammen gewachsen. mit der Zeit wurde ihre Wirbelsäule schief und demzufolge bekam sie Arthrose in den Beinen und Spondylose. Sie bewegte sich nur noch sehr wackelig und wenig. Also ich gab ihr Analgos und Backmotion. Nach einer Woche Analgos bewegte sie sich viel mehr. Dann kam Backmotion dazu. Nach drei Tagen versuchte sie sich wieder mit den Hinterpfoten die Ohren zu putzen. Sie nimmt ihren Blinddarmkot wieder auf und ihre Füße putzt sie sich auch wieder, I ch hoffe dieser Zustand hält nun an. Ich war außer Landes im Urlaub. Ich hoffe du konntest in der Zwischenzeit mit den Tabletten anfangen und hast es in dein Ninchen bekommen. Meine Bonny frißt das wie Leckerli. Wie geht's denn deinem Ninchen ? Schlägt es an ? Bei uns merkte man nach 4 Tagen schon das sich was tut. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>ich habe nach meinem Urlaub wieder die Anfangsdosis vom Analgos gegeben. Bekommt sie jetzt dauerhaft. Ich hab auch mal nen Test gemacht ob die Tabletten quellen, weil es doch ganz schön viel ist was man da füttert. Aber Entwarnung, es quillt nicht auf. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Ich wünsch dir maximale Erfolge.

Analgos mochte sie anfangs nicht blank. Hab es zerklopft und in zerdrückter Banane versteckt. Nach ein paar Tagen wollte sie es dann auch blank futtern. Scheint gut zu schmecken. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>> <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Ich gebe die Tabletten jetzt ca. 1 Woche und merke schon eine Veränderung bei ihr. Sie liegt nicht mehr den ganzen Tag und putzt sich wieder mehr und sie kommt jetzt auch wieder her, wenn ich sie rufe. Ich hoffe es geht weiter so. Ja bei meiner Bonny ist der <class="markcol">span class="markcol">Brclass="markcol">span>uch schief zusammengewachsen. Sie kann die Pfote nur eingeschränkt benutzen. Dadurch ist die Wirbelsäule schief und am hinteren Rücken wurde 2016 Spondylose festgestellt und beginnende Arthrose in den Hinterbeinen. Bis vor 8 Wochen ging es auch ganz gut, sie hoppelte. Auf einmal saß sie nur noch rum. Putzte sich ihre Hinterbeinchen nicht mehr, so das wir sie in die Box setzen mussten und im sitzen die Füße sauber machen musste. Denn mit halten ist sehr schwierig ,sie wehrt sich heftig. Krallen schneiden geht nur beim TA. Nach nunmehr 4 Wochen Analgos und zwei Wochen Backmotion seh ich das sie wesentlich agiler ist- Das Fell an ihren Fußsohlen hinten wächst wieder länger und sie putzt sich auch die Füße. Sie knibbert nicht mehr an den Pfoten herum, was sie sicherlich gemacht hat weil sie ihr weh taten. Ich habe jetzt noch Frontmotion bestellt, weil ich denke das die Vorderpfoten auch Unterstützung ge<class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>auchen k önnen. Rejoint hab ich noch nicht probiert.Der Hauptwirkstoff ist auch in Rodicare Artrin drin,was sie schon lange bekommt. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Jetzt hoff ich mal das es ihr noch eine Zeit gut geht. Es ist schon traurig sein Tier so zu sehen. Die Arme hat schon einiges hinter sich. Aber ich freue mich, dass auch bei ihr die Tabletten Wirkung zeigen. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>> <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Bei uns wares es das gleiche. Luna saß nur noch rum, frass schlechter und putzte sich wenig bis gar nicht. Ich habe aber noch Glück, dass sich Luna jederzeit anfassen und hochnehmen lässt. Sie ist da sehr <class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>av. Auch Krallen schneiden oder Medikamente geben, geht ohne Probleme. Sie ist da ganz entclass="markcol">spannt. Sie weis aber auch das es danach ein Leckerchen gibt, was sie dann auch einfordert. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>> <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Nein, Medacom und Novalgin gebe ich nicht mehr, da ich keinerlei Verbesserung sehe, wenn sie diese Medikamente nimmt. Im Gegenteil, sie bewegt sich gar nicht mehr. Diese Schmerzmittel scheinen sie sehr müde zu machen. Außerdem verschlechteren sich die Leberwerte bei ihr. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>> <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Das Rodicare Arthrin geb ich auch nicht ständig. Merke aber auch keine Veränderung, wenn ich es absetze. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>> <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Ich sehe bei Analgos und Backmotion nach dieser kurzen Zeit (nicht mal 2 Wochen) bei ihr schon eine deutliche Besserung. Sie putzt sich wieder, kommt gleich zu Futterschüssel, wenn ich sie neu auffülle und kommt auch gleich her, wenn ich sie rufe. Sie weis, es gibt was Leckeres. Das hat sie alles nicht mehr gemacht. Auch nicht während Metacam und Novalgin. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>> <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Ich werde dabei bleiben. Habe mir noch Rejoint bestellt. Hoffe das es auch so gut wirkt. Haben die Tabletten gewirkt? <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Bei meiner Kaninchendame wurde HD diagnostiziert und auch ich sehe bei Metacam keine wirkliche Veränderung. Habe mich daher auch über Backmotion und Analgos belesen, jedoch weiß ich nicht was ich davon halten soll und ob es hilft. Kannst du mal deine Erfahrungen teilen?

Aber wenn man die von Naturheilkunde für Tiere anschreibt und die Erkrankung vom Kaninchen genau schildert, bekommt man eine gute Dosieranleitung als Anhaltspunkt. Die liegt bei Kaninchen deutlich höher, als auf der Internetseite angegeben. Aber die Tabletten hat meine Luna freiwillig gefressen, wie ein Leckerchen und auch sehr gut vertragen, somit war das kein Problem. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>> <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Dauert eine Weile bis man eine Wirkung merkt, aber ein Versuch ist es wert. Wenn jetzt noch die Ampullen dazu kommen, weiß ich nicht wie ich das schaffen soll. Ich muss sie jetzt schon dafür jeden Tag aus dem Stall nehmen und mir jemanden zur Hilfe suchen. Der eine hält das Tier und der andere versucht ihr das Zeug zu vera<class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>eichen.. Hat deine Luna das denn ohne Probleme genommen? Ich musste sie fangen und in ein Handtuch einwickeln. Und selbst dann hat sie sich noch gewehrt. Am Schluss hatte sie Angst vor mir, wenn ich nur ins Gehege kam. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>> <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Als ich die Medikament vom TA abgesetzt habe, da sich Lunas Gesundheitszustand dadurch nicht verbessert hat, sondern eher verschlechtert (Durchfall), und ich nur die Ampullen und die Kräutertabletten und andere pflanzliche Präperate gegeben habe, hat sie mir wieder vertraut. (Nach vielen Leckerchen )Die Spritze mit den Ampullen, habe ich ihr seitlich ins Mäulchen geben können, ohne dass ich sie festhalten musste. Sie blieb von selber sitzen. Schmeckt ja auch nach Wasser. Das Rodecare ging auch, wenn ich schnell genug war. Die Tabletten von Naturheilkunde für Tieren hat sie selber gefressen. Da hat sie schon drauf gewartet. War wie Leckerchen für sie. <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>> <<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Denke es ist der Geschmack von den Medikamenten vom TA, darum wehren sich die Tiere so.
