Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich dachte es kann nicht schaden hier auch mal um Rat zu fra<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>n. Mein Kaninchen Lexi (7) hat seit mindestens einem Monat eine Uveitis und wir bekommen sie einfach nicht weg. :(
Sie und ihr Partner Merlin (6) haben beide chronischen Schnupfen, welchen wir größtenteils ganz gut im Griff haben (mit täglich inhalieren, <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>le<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ntlich Ohrenspülen, Sinupret, etc.).
Bei Lexi sind die Schnupfensymptome grundsätzlich milder <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>wesen als bei Merlin, dafür ging die <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">Gespan>schichte bei ihr paar mal aufs Ohr (Mittelohrenentzündung). Die beiden sind seit einem Jahr, seit Ausbruch des Schnupfens, in Innenhaltung.
Als ich vor einem Monat bemerkte, dass Lexis Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan> trüb ist, bin ich sofort zum Tierarzt. Diese verwies mich dann an ihre Kollegin (Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>nspezialistin), also sind wir einen Tag später nochmal hin<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>fahren. Lexi hatte einen leicht erniedrigten Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ndruck, laut Tierärztin war es noch nicht akut. Lexi bekam dann mind. 2 Wochen lang Isopto-Max Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ntropfen und Bepanthen Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>nsalbe verschrieben, welches in den ersten Ta<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>n zu einer kurzfristi<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>n Verbesserung führte, dann aber wieder zu einer Verschlechterung. Beim nächsten Tierarztbesuch fiel dann auch auf, dass ihr Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan> weiter hervor trat. Ihr Kopf wurde dann <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>röngt, nochmal der Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ndruck <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>messen, Zähne an<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>schaut. Nichts auffälli<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>s. Die Tierärztin riet aber zu einem weiteren Rönt<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>nversuch (der Zähne). Auf den Termin hätte ich aber 2 Wochen warten müssen. Ich hatte Angst vor einem Tumor oder Abszess.
Ich kam dann selbst noch auf die Idee, dass es ein E.C. Ausbruch sein könnte und bat die TÄ um eine Blutuntersuchung (nicht nur für E.C.). Jedenfalls hat sie kein E.C. und die Werte waren, bis auf die Leber, in Ordnung. Zufällig kam heraus, dass sie eine Leberentzündung hat. Seit dem bekommt sie Rodicare Hepato. Dann hatte ich Kokzidien im Verdacht (hatte Lexi schon mal) und gab eine Kotprobe ab, da fand man auch nichts.
Ich entschloss mich ein paar Ta<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan> später (14.11.) mit Lexi in die Tierklinik zu fahren und ein CT machen zu lassen, da mir das mit dem Rönt<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>n einfach zu unsicher war. In der Klinik bekam sie dann andere Tropfen verschrieben (infranefan forte und Soli<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ntal), sowie ein AB für beide Kaninchen (Orniflox). Das CT-Er<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>bnis kam eine Woche später. Kein Tumor, kein Abszess, Zähne gut. Ein Exophthalmus (hervortretendes Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>) konnte nicht bestätigt werden. Allerdings fand man auf den CT-Scans in den Nebenhöhlen und im Bereich des Ohrs vermehrt Sekretbildung. Aber ob das nun die Ursache ist, weiß man nicht. Bei meiner Tierärztin wurde bei beiden dann noch ein Nasenabstrich und eine Nasenspülung unter Narkose <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>macht. Seitdem bekommen beide Kaninchen auch wieder Sinupret, zusätzlich Wobenzym und Bromelain. Außerdem haben wir das AB vor 1-2 Wochen <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>wechselt (Veraflox) und Lexi bekommt jetzt 3 mal täglich Soli<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ntal, infranefan forte und Floxal. Dazwischen so oft es <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ht Bepanthen Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>nsalbe.
Meine Tierärztin bezweifelt, dass der Schnupfen die Ursache ist und meint die Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>nentzündung wäre eine separate <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">Gespan>schichte (andernfalls hätte sich in der Zeit schon was bessern müssen). Selbst die Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>nspezialistin in der Praxis weiß nicht wirklich weiter und empfahl mir eine Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>npraxis in Bonn. Das ist allerdings schon eine Stunde Fahrt.
Lexi ist leider sehr stressanfällig und die vielen Tierarztbesuche haben ihr schon zu<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>setzt (der Schnupfen hat sich verschlechtert). Bevor ich sie nun unnötig stresse, wollte ich hier erstmal fra<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>n:
Fällt euch noch eine mögliche Ursache ein oder habt ihr Tipps für mich? Vielleicht gab es hier im Forum schon mal einen ähnlichen Fall?
Mir ist auf<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>fallen, dass ihr Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan> abends grundsätzlich besser aussieht, da fra<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan> ich mich, ob es vllt helfen würde ihr auch über die Nacht verteilt die Tropfen und Salbe zu <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ben?

Guten Abend weinrot!
Leider kann eine Uveitis ziemlich viele Ursachen haben. Eini<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan> davon, wie EC oder einen Tumor habt ihr ja schon ab<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>klärt. Ein Trauma wäre eine weitere Möglichkeit, es ist ja nur eine Seite betroffen, richtig? Aber auch Infektionen kommen als Ursache infra<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>, beispielsweise durch Pasteurellen, die auch als "klassische Schnupfenerre<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>r" bekannt sind. Solch eine infektionsbedingte Uveitis muss nicht zwin<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>nd beidseitig auftreten. Konnten denn bei der Nasenspülung und -abstrich Erre<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>r bestimmt werden und wurde dazu ein Antibiogramm an<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>fertigt? Hat man mal versucht ein für die nach<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>wiesenen Erre<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>r sensibles Antibiotikum auch in Form von Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ntropfen einzusetzen?
Leider kann ich hier nur mit überle<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>n, aber letzten Endes braucht es einen versierten Tierarzt, der das Kaninchen vor sich hat und weiter forscht, wo die Ursache liegt. Ggf. wäre es eine Möglichkeit, dass Dein Haustierarzt den Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>nspezialist kontaktiert und fragt, was vor Ort (bei ihm in der Praxis) noch ab<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>klärt werden könnte, so dass ihr vor Ort zumindest erst einmal alles dort mögliche abklärt.
Ganz all<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>mein würde ich bei einer Uveitis den Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ninnendruck auch künftig in bestimmten Abständen kontrollieren lassen. Ein zu niedri<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>r Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ninnendruck entsteht meist, wenn zu wenig Kammerwasser produziert wird. Das kann mit der Entzündung zusammenhän<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>n. |

Ja, die Uveitis ist einseitig und der Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ndruck wurde nun mindestens 3 mal im letzten Monat <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>messen. Beim Abstrich kam auch der Erre<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>r Pasteurella Multocida raus. Das AB (sowohl Orniflox als auch Veraflox) ist auf jedenfall sensibel. Bei den Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ntropfen bin ich nicht sicher, Floxal und Soli<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ntal sind aber antibiotisch, so weit ich weiß. Ich werde mor<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>n früh mal bei meinem TA anrufen und nachfra<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>n.
Das ist auf jedenfall ein guter Tipp, die Möglichkeiten der Praxis abzuklären, bevor man da hinfährt. Danke! |

Gut, die Wirkstoffe von Orniflox (Enrofloxacin), Veraflox (Pradofloxacin) und Floxal (Ofloxacin) <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>hören alle zur gleichen Gruppe (Fluorchinolone). Da hat der Tierarzt offenbar schon versucht, etwas mit ähnlichem Wirkstoff für die Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>n zu finden. Möglicherweise <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ht Dein Tierarzt auch daher von einer separaten Problematik aus. Wurde denn mal ein Erre<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>rnachweis direkt zur Uveitis versucht? Ich muss ehrlich <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>stehen, dass ich nicht weiß wie gut das am Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan> funktioniert und wie erfolgversprechend das Ganze ist. Aber das könntest Du mal beim Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>narzt erfra<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>n. Leider kann eine Antibiotikagabe (egal ob systemisch oder lokal an den Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>n) solch einen Erre<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>rnachweis + Antibiogramm verfälschen. Aber das sollte sich der Arzt im Einzelnen noch mal anschauen, wie ihr das Risiko in eurem Fall möglichst <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ring haltet.
Soli<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ntal enthält den Wirkstoff <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">Gespan>ntamicin. Der wird häufi<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>r bei z.B. Bindehautentzündun<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>n ein<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>setzt. Wichtig zu wissen wäre hier, dass er toxisch auf <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">Gespan>hör und Nieren wirkt. Daher findet er meist nur noch lokal Anwendung, beispielsweise in Form von Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ntropfen. Da also bitte aufpassen, dass die Tropfen möglichst nicht oral auf<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>nommen werden. Ich habe das Fell, wenn bei der Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ntropfengabe mal was aus dem Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan> <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>tropft ist, dann zur Sicherheit kurz nass ab<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>wischt. |

Nein, es wurde bisher kein Erre<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>rnachweis am Au<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan> versucht, ich wusste auch nicht, dass das <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ht. Wie auch immer, die Pasteurellen beim Nasenabstrich waren wohl eine Vielzahl. Das war auch nicht der erste Abstrich, der <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>macht wurde. Vor einem Jahr kamen schon mal Pasteurellen raus.
Vielen Dank für den Tipp mit Soli<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>ntal! Das habe ich nicht <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">gespan>wusst und darauf werde ich jetzt sehr achten, dass nichts ins Fell tropft. |
