Hallo ihr Lieben,

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Mein Dicker produziert in letzter Zeit immer sehr viel Blinddarmkot, den er natürlich dann auch nicht isst. Woran kann das denn liegen? Das ist an manchen Tagen echt extrem. Es gab auch keine Futterumstellung oder ähnliches. Habt ihr vielleicht ne Idee?

Schande über mein Haupt, aber noch kriegen sie Trockenfutter (mit Getreide)
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Dazu haben sie natürlich immer Heu und Wasser. Morgens gibts dann Apfel und Salat oder Kohlrabiblätter. Abends gibts dann Möhrchen mit Kraut, <class="markcol">span class="markcol">Brclass="markcol">span>occoli ab und zu Petersilie etc.

| Wenn Du abends und morgens was frisches fütterst - wann bekommen sie dann das Trofu? Solltest Du etwa beides zusammen füttern, wundert mich, dass die Tiere keinen Durchfall haben, denn das darf manin keinem Fall!

| Nein, bin noch nicht in der Umstellung. Wollte damit jetzt anfangen. Aber ich dachte mir, ich erforsche erstmal, wodurch das kommt, bevor ich noch mehr Unheil anrichte.

| Isis futtert zu schnell und zu viel und hat auch viel Blinddarmkot. Ich habs bei 2 TÄ untersuchen lassen und bei mir war alles okay.

| Bei einem Test auf Kokzidien sollte ein TA auch sehen, wenn Hefen im Spiel sind!
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Bei diesem Test wird der Kot mit Kochsalzlösung aufgeweicht und auf einen Objekträger gegeben. Dieser wird dann mit einem Mikroskop begutachtet. Dort sind bei einer befallenen Kotprobe beide Sachen zu erkennen!

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Mein TA hat das ganze zu Laboklin geschickt. Und da unterscheidet man glaub ich 2 verschiedene Kotproben-Untersuchungen. Eine mit Parasiten und noch eine mit was anderem. Weiß aber jetzt nicht genau, wo die Hefen dabei sind. |

| Da gibt es Kotuntersuchung, die Parasiten (z.B. Kokzidien) und Bakterien (z.B. E.Coli) aufzeigen. Die bakteriologische Untersuchung ist um einiges teuer ( 60-70 Euro).

| An zu wenig Auslauf wirds nicht liegen. Die beiden haben ein eigenes Zimmer von knapp 20 m². Wurzelgemüse kriegen sie eigentlich gar nicht außer Möhren. Aber meine Dicke frisst liebend gern Apfel und davon bekommt sie täglich 1/4. Der macht bestimmt auch dick oder?
