Hallo Fellnasen-Freunde!
M<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e beiden Ninchens leben ja in <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>er ganzjahres Aussen-Ranch (12qm).
Im Sommer ja soweit k<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> Problem (ausser der Hitze).
Jetzt möchte ich gern mal fragen, wie ihr eure Ninchen-Villen winterfest macht?
M<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Villa besteht aus <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>em Holz-Gartenhäuschen, das m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e beiden für sich all<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e haben.
Darin steht <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> Stall, den <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> beiden nutzen können, wie sie wollen.
Durch <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> etwa 20x15 cm großes Loch in der Seitenwand, können <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> beiden nach belieben vom Häuschen ins Freigehege und zurück. <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">Diespan>se Öffnung wird abends immer durch <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> Türchen verschlossen. Über Nacht haben sie das komplette Häuschen zur Verfügung, um Unsinn zu treiben.
Nun isoliere ich in 4 Wochen das Gartenhaus mit Styropor an den Seitenwänden (2-lagig).
Das Häuschen selbst steht <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan> <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan>sen rosafarbenen Dämmplatten, <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> man beim Hausbau auch verwendet (oh Mann, wie heißt das jetzt gleich wieder???)
M<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Frage: Was tut ihr alles, damit es eure Hasis kuschelig-warm im Aussengehege haben.
Es ist m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> erster Winter mit Freigehege und habe bereits jetzt Angst, dass m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Ninchens erfrieren könnten.
Wie macht ihr das mit dem Trinkwasser (ich arbeite von morgens bis abends und kann es nicht mehrmals täglich wechseln).
Habt ihr irgend<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Idee wie man das Häuschen warm hält oder glaubt ihr m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e 2-lagige Isolierung reicht?
Bis wieviel Grad minus halten es Zwergkaninchen aus?
Letztes Jahr hatten wir bis zu -20° draußen...
M<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e beiden sind im Februar im Aussengehege geboren und kennen es nicht anders...
Würde mich über eure Tipps, Berichte und Erfahrungen freuen...

hallo wolle,
hört sich dorch gut an 
du solltest das häuschen im winter zusätzlich schön dick mit stroh und heu auslegen, ansonsten denke ich bist du mit der isolierung schon gut ausgestattet. vermeide das es grossartig zieht.
du solltest dir nicht all zu grosse gedanken machen, d<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e kl<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>en werden nicht erfrieren, wenn sie ganzjährig draussen sind bekommen sie dem entsprechendes winterfell.
hm, mit dem wasser ist sone frage, da sie aber auch frischfutter bekommen wird es reichen wenn du das wasser wechselst wenn du von der arbeit kommst.

das hört sich doch klasse an, wie d<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e leben!
Wie Dani schon sagte, ordentlich Heu und Stroh, dann ist das doch schon top!
Hast du <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> Foto? So wie d<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e leben m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e offensichtlich auch. K<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> Problem im Winter.
Wasser... tja, vor der Arbeit und nach der Arbeit wechseln, anders kann ich es leider auch nicht handhaben. Aber klappt eigentlich gut. Ich habe nicht das Gefühl, dass sie verdurstet sind, wenn ich nach Hause komme. |

Hallöchen, Guten Morgen (ich bin Langschläferin),
na, dann bin ich ja schon mal etwas beruhigt...
Ansonsten verlass ich mich <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan> m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e "Kaninchenmuttergefühle"...
Mann merkt ja schnell, wenn es den Kl<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>en nicht gut gehen sollte...

Sobald ich des mit dem <span class="markcol">Hochspan>laden und so dr<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan>hab, stell ich selbstverständlich welche von m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>en zwei <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> (im Kl<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>format könnt ihr sie links sehen) und von m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>er kl<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>en Ninchen-Ranch!
Und das mit dem Wasser wird schon funktionieren...
<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">Diespan> kriegen ja im Winter dann lauwarmen, verdünnten Tee (der braucht auch a bissl bis er ausgekühlt ist; hoff ich).
Bei m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>en Hamstern hatte ich halt noch nie das Problem mit dem Winter. <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">Diespan> sind im kuscheligen Hamsterzimmer untergebracht...
Aber nach dem letzten heftigen Winter hatte ich jetzt <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>fach etwas Bedenken...
Aber das machen wir "drei" schon...

Aber frag mich bitte nicht, wie oft ich <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan>sen Sommer (bei milden 35°) Angst um m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Ninchen hatte und ich in der Arbeit saß und nicht wusste, wies Ihnen geht...
Der planke Horror... Und da soll man noch vernünftig arbeiten können?!
Aber dafür hat m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> Chef natürlich k<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>erlei Verständnis...
Ich glaube ja auch, dass der Sommer viel schlimmer ist, als der Winter...
Bei der Hitze hatte ja ich schon das Problem damit fertig zu werden...
Na, jetzt warten wir <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>fach mal, wie kalt es denn wird.
Vielleicht wirds ja nicht so schlimm.
Und im Notfall lasse ich m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>en großen Hasen all<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> im Bett und ich schlafe bei m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>en Ninchens draussen (dann kuscheln wir uns zam, dass es warm wird)...

also m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> lotti ist <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> angora-mix, da er aber sehr lieb und zutraulich ist, schneiden wir ihm das fell ganz ganz vorsichtig mit <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>er schere.....

So komisch oder lustig wie sichs wohl anhört...
Aber Sokrates liebt es mich zu necken (ziehen am Hosenb<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>, knabbern am Schuh und zwicken in <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> Zehe). Das ist dann immer s<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">Aufspan>forderung "fangen" zu spielen...
Dann hüpft er immer ins Gehege raus (manchmal hüpft er sogar in den freien Garten, wenn ich nicht richtig <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan>passe) und dreht sich nach mir um oder macht Männchen bis ich hinter ihm herkomme.
Sobald ich da bin, schaut er mich an. Erst wenn ich was zu ihm sage, hüpft er wieder zum Ausgangspunkt zurück und wartet <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan> Streichel<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>heit. Dann das ganze wieder von vorne... Manchmal ist er dann so <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan>gedreht, dass er wie wild Haken in der Luft schlägt oder mich anspringt.... Richtig ausgeflippt...
Und wenn ich morgens k<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Zeit hab zum Fangen spielen, dann setzt er sich in <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Ecke und dreht mir den Hintern zu...
Echt witzig...
Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt (bei m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>en Freunden <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> Hasen oder Kaninchen haben)...
Archimedes ist da eher gelassen und hält sich da raus...
Wenn ich abends heim komme und das Gehege <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan>sperre, dann kommen beide schon immer wie wild angerast...
Haben eure Kaninchen k<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e "Spiele", <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> sie mit euch treiben?
Sokrates liebt es auch, s<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>en Spielekarton (<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e alte Schuhschachtel) herumzuwerfen im Gehege. Ich muss <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> Schachtel dann wieder <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan>stellen, nur damit er sie wieder umwerfen kann.
Oder wenn ich ihre "Hinterlassenschaften" mit dem Handbesen zusammenkehre, dann geht er immer <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan> den Besen los und will mit mir "r<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan>en". Da dreht er auch voll durch... Und wehe ich höre <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan> zu kehren...

Fridolin ist das zu anstrengend. Der knabbert lieber am Schuh oder der Hose....

Hi,
m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Kaninchen leben ebenfalls ganzjährig draußen. <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">Einspan> Teil ist komplett frei, <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> Teil ist draußen aber mit <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>em kl<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>en Dach aus Wellpappe und <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> Teil besteht aus <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>em Holz-Gartenhaus.
<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">Aufspan> der Rückseite habe ich <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> Loch geschnitten, so daß sie selber entscheiden können, ob sie raus wollen oder nicht (sitzen eh meistens nur draußen - egal bei welchem Wetter)
Zum Winter hin befülle ich das Häuschen mit Stroh und <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">Einspan>streu und hänge an <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> Tür vom Haus von innen <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Wolldecke (<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> Tür liegt nicht eng an und daher könnte es etwas ziehen) - ansonsten haben sie im Außengehege auch noch <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>en Stall stehen, den ich ebenfalls mit dick Stroh auspolstere.
Da sie immer draußen leben, entwickelt sich eh gut <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> Winterfell und ich brauch mir auch bei Minusgraden k<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Sorgen machen.

Das mit der Wolldecke ist ne super Idee...
M<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Tür (<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Tür aus 2 Flügeln) schließt auch nicht richtig...
Ich werd <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan> alle Fälle in 3 Wochen komplett alles mit Styropor ausstopfen und vor <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> Tür könnt ich echt noch <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> Decke hinhängen...
Nur beim Durchschlupf nach draußen muss ich noch schauen, dass es da nicht recht r<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>zieht...
Vielleicht überdache ich den Ausgang etwas oder ich schiebe so ne Kaninchenröhre durch, damit sie durch <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> Röhre hinauskönnen.... Das werden <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> schon verstehen und hoffentlich checken... Sind ja nicht blöd.
Habe gestern abend schon <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>en Plan gezeichnet...
Das Styropor verkleide ich von unten her bis zu 0,5 Meter oder so <span class="markcol">hochspan> mit <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>er Holzverkleidung. Das übrige Styropor weiter oben (wo sie nicht mehr hinkommen) streiche ich mit ungiftiger Farbe (hat jemand schon mal so Farbe gek<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan>t? welche?)...
Dann werde ich innen an <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> Wände noch Kaninchenposter und <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>en Kaninchenkalender (<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan>nt dann für kl<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>ere <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">Einspan>tragung, so ne Art Kaninchen-Tagebuch) <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan>gehängen.
An <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> Decke hänge ich noch <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e kl<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Lampe, <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> mit Batterien läuft, damit ich im Winter bei Dunkelheit nicht immer mit der Taschenlampe hantieren muss. Ist ja furchtbar umständlich...

Mit etwas Geschick kann man so ne große Kugel an <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> Stallwand befestigen. <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">Diespan>se <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan>nt dann als Heur<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan>e... Und anknabbern können <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> Ninchen <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> Kugel auch...

also, zu nächst <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>mal schaut d<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> gehege schon recht gut aus.......zwar noch etwas kahl, aber ich glaube mich daran zu erinnern das du <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan> der suche nach ästen, zweigen oder baumstämmen bist.
cosmo, ist das gehege von unten gegen ausgraben gesichert?
also für den winter würde ich dir empfehlen das häuschen zu isolieren, sowie das <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e fenster zu zumachen wegen der zugluft. dann solltes du das häuschen mit viel stroh und heu befüllen.
zu dem könntest du noch <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> seitenwände zur hälfte zu machen damit es nicht so stark r<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> regnet/schneit das gleiche gilt dann auch für oben. (ich m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e so <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> hälfte vom gehege)

Also was ich gemacht habe bei m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>em Gehege ist, ca. 30 cm (bis 40 cm) <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> Erde ausgehoben und da Hasendraht r<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>gelegt und <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> Erde wieder dr<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan>geschüttet. Den Hasendraht (der dann noch rausguckt) hab ich mit m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>em Gehege (den Seitenwänden) fest verbunden.
ich hoffe <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> Beschreibung ist verständlich? Ich kann nicht so gut erklären.....

Wenns um den Vermieter oder so geht, dann kann ich nur sagen, dass du bei Bedarf <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> ganze Sache ja wieder ausbuddeln kannst (ist zwar doof, aber im Notfall geht das)...
M<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Ninchen hab ich zwar noch nie beim Buddeln erwischt, aber ich wills <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>fach nicht riskieren.... manchmal sind sie unberechenbar (zumindestens m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e zwei Lausbuben)
Musst du halt mal abchecken ob du das darfst... Du kannst natürlich auch am Rand so Pflasterst<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e verlegen... <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">Diespan> kannst du dann bei Bedarf ganz easy wieder entfernen...
Hilft vielleicht auch <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> bissl gegen ausbuddeln...

ich bin seit ca. 5monaten kaninchenmama und somit steht uns jetzt der erste winter bevor!
nachdem ich mich durch eure ganzen antworten etwas durchgelesen habe, muss ich sagen, dass m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e panik bzgl. der möglichen kälte etwas weniger geworden ist...
m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e beiden süssen nennen <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e 6qm grosse gartenlaube und ca. 15qm gartenausl<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan> ihr eigen. das ganze ist ziemlich gut wettergeschützt hinterm haus.
allerdings nehmen sie das (extra gek<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan>te) haus nicht grossartig in anspruch, daher m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e frage: kann ich davon ausgehen, dass sie bei extremer kälte von all<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e ins haus gehen, oder ist es sinnvoll, sie über <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> frostzeit "<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>zusperren"? das würde ich nur sehr ungerne tun...

n<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>, du brauchst d<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e beiden nicht <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>sperren. Sie suchen sich schon selbst <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e geschützte Stelle, wenn es ihnen zu kalt werden sollte. M<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e sitzen auch bei knackigen Minusgraden lieber draussen, selten sehe ich sie im Stall. Da sind sie dann wohl eher aus Abwechslung, mal gucken was es da so Neues gibt.
Wichtig ist, dass der Stall absolut Wind- und Regensicher ist. Denn Wind und Regen sind übel, Kälte aber nicht. |

Huhu,
Heute hat es zum ersten mal wieder gehagelt, und heute Nacht sollen es -2°c werden
Ich habe jetzt für kurze Zeit um Cosmos Gehege <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Decke gehängt(Bald k<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan> ich <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Bessere und größere Plane, <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> dann auch von oben schützt).Es ist soo stürmisch draußen. Ich bin heute ja zur Schule gefahren und ich muss durch <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>en Wald fahren. Da lagen überall Äste <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">aufspan> dem Weg und es sind sogar etwas dickere Bäume umgefallen.
Hoffentlich friert Cosmo nicht so doll. ABER vielleicht bekomme ich ja <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> 2. Kaninchen Dafür muss ich Cosmo noch kastrieren, und m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Eltern überreden(sie sind schon fast überredet.Weil ich immer sage, dass Cosmo umbedingt <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>en Partner braucht, damit er nicht so <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>sam ist. also m<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Nins saßen auch fast immer nur draussen, obwohl sie jederzeit in <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan> Hütte hoppeln könnten, sogar bei Schnee, den sie auch leidenschaftlich gern gefressen hatten.
Nur Wind, dass mögen sie gar nicht. Also wenn es stürmisch war, dann waren sie doch lieber drinnen.
Das <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">Einspan>frieren des Trinkwasser kann man leider nicht verhindern, aber ich habe im Winter immer <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan>e Nippeltränke in Beschlag und über <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">diespan>se habe ich immer zwei dicke Wollsocken gestülpt. Das hielt immer <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">einspan> bisschen den Frost ab.
