Da kannst du sie ruhig rauslassen, allerdings solltest du dann darauf achten, dass bei dir im Zimmer dann ungefähr die gleichen Temperaturen herrschen. Frische Luft tut gerade Schnupfnasen gut.

| AB sollte immer mindestens 5 Tage gegeben werden, damit sich keine Ressistenzen entwickeln. Bei Schnupfen sogar mindestens 7 Tage, eher 10 Tage.

| Meine Mutter hat gefragt, ob Schnupfen auch teilweise Stressbedingt sein kann!?
