<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Bei uns kehr auch keine Ruhe ein.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Meine Lucy atmet seit gestern total schnell und überstreckt den Kopf um luft zu holen.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Wir waren gestern beim TA Lungengeräuche waren ganz normal nichts zuhören sie hat dann gestern eine schmerzspritze bekommen da sie mit den Zähnen geknircht hat. Abends wurde ihre atmung dann immer schlimmer sie bekam kaum noch luft und streckte den Kopf in die Luft.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Bin dann heute wieder zum TA der hat sie erneut abgehört jetzt hat sie akute Lungengeräuche der TA meinte sie hat eine starke <class="markcol">span class="markcol">Brclass="markcol">span>onchitis konnte sich aber nicht erklären weil sie gestern KEINE Lungengeräuche hatte auch das Schmerzmittel was er ihr gestern gespritzt hat wär nicht schlimm gewessen er meinte die Spritze hatte den wirkstoff wie Paracetamol kann nicht von der spritze kommen meinte er. Er hat Lucy jetzt eben ein AB gespritzt. Es war unmöglich sie zu röntgen weil ihr zustand so schlecht ist. Ich soll sie aus dem Gehege nehmen und sie alleine setzten hat er gesagt sie <class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>aucht absulute Ruhe und darf auf keinen fall stress mitbekommen. Hab ein bißchen bedenken ist das nicht noch stressiger sie von der Gruppe zu trennen da sie jetzt alleine sitzt vermisst sie doch bestimmt Hugo und Lucy.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Ich habe erst vor zwei Wochen die Erfahrungen gemacht, dass ein Tier morgens ohne Röntgenbild, nur durch das Abhören alleine, scheinbar gesund war und abends wurde dann in der Notfallpraxis per Röntgenbild eine <class="markcol">span class="markcol">Brclass="markcol">span>onchitis diagnostiziert.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Zum Einen kann so eine Entwicklung sehr schnell gehen, zum Anderen reicht das Abhören häufig nicht aus, um wirklich eine Beteiligung der <class="markcol">span class="markcol">Brclass="markcol">span>onchien oder der Lunge auszuschließen.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Wenn das Tier gestern schon mit erhobenem Kopf geatmet hat, dann kann ich mir gut vorstellen, dass die Infektion bereits da, aber noch nicht so ausgeprägt war, dass man sie beim Abhören feststellen konnte. Schade, dass der TA dem nicht ein bißchen mehr nachgegangen ist.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Gestern wurde kein Röntgenbild gemacht da Lucy überhaupt kein Lungengeräuch hatte. Sie hatte nur was mit den Zähnen geknircht und ihre atmung war was schneller geworden deswegen hab ich sie mit genommen dachte sie hat was mit den Zähne der Ta hatte ihr deswegen ein Schmerzspritze mit den Wirkstoff von Paracetamol gegeben er meinte wenn sie mit den knirchen aufhört dann muss er sich die Zähne mal genau anschauen. Aber jetzt seit gestern wurde ihre atmung leider noch schlimmer dachte sie erstickt mir.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Heute Röntgen unmöglich hab gefragt er meinte das schafft sie jetzt nicht. Wollte gerade aus der Praxis da meinte der TA ich bin jetzt total beunruhigt konnte sich das nicht erklären gestern nichts und heute akut. Nur sie <class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>aucht jetzt absulute ruhe meinte er. Weiß nicht was ich jetzt machen soll muss morgen früh wieder hin.

Es kann zwar sein, dass er seitlich röntgen, aber das sind nur wenige Sekunden und dann kann Sie in die Box. Eine absolute Sicherheit gibt nur das röntgenbild.

So schlimm das er meinte wir können ihr das röntgen nicht zumuten hatte extra gefragt er meinte sie muss wenigstens ein bißchen fit sein. Ich wollte sie auch nicht trenne weil ich das auch zu stressig find aber der TA meinte sie <class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>aucht absulute ruhe da ihr zustand zu kritich ist der kleinste stress wär schon schlimm für sie.

Das mit der gruppe trennen fand ich auch nicht gut aber es kann auch sein das sie die anderen nachher ansteckt und sie ist wirklich total ruhig und schläft jetzt die ruhe tut ihr gut. Wenn ich sie jetzt ins Gehege zurück setzten würde dann würd Lilly sie wieder jagen und dann steht sie wieder unter stress da sie ja schwer luft bekommt ist das nicht gut wenn sie dann durch das gehege gejagt wird. Hoffe morgen früh geht es ihr besser.

Wenn nämlich in Hoffnung auf bessere Heilungsumgebung getrennt wird, dann sollte das Tier sich auch möglichst kompltt auskurieren dürfen bevor es in die Gruppe zurückgeht. Und wenn du das Gefühl hast, dass es ihr so besser geht, dann lass es auch ruhig so.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Kommen gerade vom TA Lucy zustand hat sich ein wenig verbessert er hat ihre Lunge 3 Minuten abgehört ihr Lungengeräuch hat sich verbessert hat gesagt besser als gestern. Sie überstreckt ihren Kopf auch nicht mehr so schlimm sie hält ihn jetzt schon normal. Ihre Atmung ist momentan unverändert sie atmet immer noch so schnell er meinte sie <class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span>aucht absolute Ruhe und auf keinen fall stress. Er hat ihr Baytril gespritzt morgen muss ich selber spritzen da feiertag ist und freitag müssen wir wieder hin.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Hab mich doch dazu entschieden Lucy wieder in die Gruppe zu setzten sie fing in der Nacht an zu stampfen als ich sie ins Gehege zurück setzte sind die 2 direkt hin und haben sich an sie gekuschelt.

Das einzigste was mich noch beunruhigt ist ihre atmung die hat sich garnicht verändert sie atmet immer noch total schnell heute hat sie noch Baytril gespritzt bekommen und morgen früh muss ich wieder zurück mit ihr.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Lucy seine <class="markcol">span class="markcol">Brclass="markcol">span>onchitis ist weg sagt der TA die Lunge ist wieder frei und sie bekommt auch wieder luft. Ihr geht es insgesamt besser jetzt legt sie sich auch wieder in ihre Buddelkiste ganz lang das was mich noch sehr beunruhigt ist ihre schnelle atmung sie atmet schnell und macht nur kurze züge sie frisst kuschelt alles. Der TA ist ratlos und kann sich das nicht erklären sie hat jetzt noch eine spritze Baytril bekommen und morgen muss ich nochmal selber spritzen. Morgen das ist ihre letzte spritze weil 7 Tage Ab hat der TA gesagt reicht er will ihr nicht zu lange Ab spritzen sollte sich ihre Atmung nicht verbessern dann muss ich nächste woche wieder hin. Sie hat wieder ruhe verordnet bekommen.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>wenn es NICHT an der Lunge liegt, dann muß es eine andere Ursache haben, denn sie wird nicht "einfach so" schnell atmen. Allerdings ist reines Abhören auch keine wirklich sichere Methode, festzustellen, ob die Lunge (und auch das Herz) in Ordnung ist/sind. Man erlebt oftmals, dass Tiere, die beim Abhören sehr unauffällig sind, bis unters Dach verschleimt sind oder sonstige Probleme haben, die die Lungen- oder Herztätigkeit einschränken.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Deutlich besser lassen sich solche Probleme durch Röntgen oder Ultraschalluntersuchungen herausfinden.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Möglichkeiten, woher die schnelle Atmung kommt, gäbe es einige: Möglicherweise ist die <class="markcol">span class="markcol">Brclass="markcol">span>onchitis doch noch nicht ganz ausgeheilt, ebenso käme ein Tumor in Frage oder auch Wasser in der Lunge bedingt durch ein geschwächtes Herz.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Ich will dir keine Angst machen oder dir etwas einreden weil ich gerade selbst diesen Fall hatte, aber im Auge behalten sollte man diese Möglichkeiten schon, unrealistisch ist es nicht.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Letztendlich hilft nur eine genaue Untersuchung um die Ursache auch wirklich herauszufinden und dann etwas dagegen unternehmen zu können.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>dass die Atmung noch nicht wieder normal ist, finde ich auch beunruhigend. Zumindest ein Röntgenbild sollte er schon noch machen.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Antibiotika sollte man nicht absetzen, bevor die Symptome nicht verschwunden sind. Zudem finde ich eine Woche bei dieser Diagnose eigentlich nicht besonders lange.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Wenn dein Tierarzt kein Röntgenbild machen möchte und die Sache einfach so auf sich beruhen lässt, würde ich eine zweite Meinung einholen und noch einen anderen Tierarzt aufsuchen.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Vor einigen Wochen wars genau dasselbe wie bei dir.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Ich bin zum TA und es wurde auch nur die Lunge abgehört und nicht geröngt, mit dem Ergebnis das alles unauffällig war.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Tagsdrauf bin ich wieder hin weil es schlimmer wurde - beim Abhorchen war wieder alles normal und erst auf dem Röntgenbild sah man dass sich bereits eine Lungenentzündung entwickelt hatte.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Würde also in deinem Fall darauf bestehen eine Aufnahme machen zu lassen um einfach Gewissheit zu haben.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Was die AB Gabe angeht hat mein Rammler damals auch über 7 Tage Baytril bekommen- dies war jedoch zu kurz, er bekam einen Rückfall. Wir haben dann nochmal eine AB Gabe machen müssen über einen längeren Zeitraum.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Was meinen kleinen Schnupfern hier immer sehr gut tut ist inhalieren.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Lucy liegt zurzeit ganz lang in ihrer lieblingsecke. Hat gerade frischfutter bekommen es gab lecker Grünkohl. Sie hat sich riesig gefreut und auch viel gegessen. Sie bekommt jetzt morgen noch die spritze und wenn es nicht besser wird hat de TA gesagt kann ich jederzeit anrufen und vorbei kommen. Wenn es nicht besser wird werden wir auf jedenfall röntgen der TA meinte heute nur so wie sie drauf ist hat das keinen sinn.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>war gerade mit lucy wieder beim TA sie hat immer noch eine schnelle kurze atmung und fing wieder an mit den Zähnen zu knirchen beim atmen hat sie schon geräuche gemacht. Lunge wurde abgehört und ein Röntgenbild wurde gemacht das war ok er meinte der Magen und die Lunge das sieht alles sehr gut aus.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Er meinte sie wäre top hatte schon angst das sie einen Tumor hat . Sie hat schatten auf der luftröhre. Er hat ihr jetzt Baytril mit etwas kortison gespritzt und meinte jetzt wird es ihr schnell besser gehen. Ihre <class="markcol">span class="markcol">Brclass="markcol">span>onchitis ist jetzt ausgeheilt was genau die schatten bedeuten ist nicht ganz klar kann verschleimt sein.

| Lucy geht es heute etwas besser.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Ihre atmung hat sich jetzt auch etwas beruhigt.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Das Kortison scheint zu helfen sie mahlt jedoch ab und an mal mit den zähnen liegt aber ganz lang in ihrer Ecke und frisst sehr gut.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Wenn ich am unterkiefer an den seiten ganz leicht drücke mahlt sie mit den Zähne ich muss morgen wieder zum TA ich geh davon aus das es doch die Backenzähne sind. Der TA hat mir jedoch ganz klar gemacht das er an die zähne auf keinen Fall dran geht.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Jetzt weiß jetzt nicht mehr weiter. Kann der Schatten der auf der Luftröhre ist den mit den Zähnen zusammen hängen??. Der TA meinte Lucy hat 5 Tage Bytril bekommen das müsste reichen und die entzündung müsste raus sein. Bin total verzweifelt so war sie vom röntgen total ok Herz und Lunge waren sehr gut er meinte man sieht auch keine vergrößerung. Bin total überfordert war jetzt die ganze letzte woche auser am feiertag beim TA und muss morgen wieder.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Wenn Lucy in der TB sitzt und ich sie streicheln möchte hält sie mit ihrer Pfote einen Finger von mir immer fest und drückt ihn immer wenn ich mit der hand aus der TB will. So leckt sie auch immer meine hand und hört nicht mehr auf will der Maus ja auch helfen.

Der TA geht jetzt davon aus das es die Zähne sind da er jetzt alles ausschließen konnte nur der Kopf wurde noch nicht geröngt deshalb sagt er er geht davon aus das es nur die Zähne sein können. Er traut sich an die Zähne nicht ran ist mit den Wurzeln zu kompliziert.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Lucy atmung ist wieder fast die alte sie atmet wieder viel langsamer ich nehm an das Kortison was mein TA am Montag gespritzt hat hat ihr gut geholfen. Zähneknirchen war gestern aber noch sehr stark.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Lucy wurde heute morgen abgehört da war alles ok wie mein TA auch gesagt hat. Sie hat Lucy dann in Narkose gelegt und hat ihr den Kopf geröngt das Röntgenbild war ok alle Zähne super und Zahnwurzeln sind auch ok keine Wurzel die drückt. PUH da musste ich erstmal durchatmen.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Sie hatte am Montag bei meinen TA einen Schatten auf der Luftröhre da war heute nichts mehr von zusehen. Die TÄ meinte sie hat zwar nur den Kopf geröngt aber die Luftröhre ist ja noch ein stück mit drauf und da war kein schatten mehr. MHH es kann sein das das durch das Kortison was mein TA am Montag gespritzt hat weggegangen ist.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Was sie bei Lucy gefunden hat waren im Unterkiefer an beiden Backenzähnen Zahnspitzen kann sein das sie deshalb mit den Zähnen geknircht hat. Die Zahnspitzen wurden jetzt abgeschliffen und sie bekommt noch 1 Woche lang Baytril ( Soll ich Oral geben ) Mein TA hat das immer gespritzt. Aber sie hat gesagt kann ich oral ins Mäulchen geben. Gegen die Schmerzen hab ich Novalgintropfen bekommen. die soll ich 2 - 3 mal täglich 1 - 2 tropfen geben. Eine kotprobe hat sie mir empfohlen soll sie auf Toxine untersuchen lassen.

Sie hat heute die Zähne gemacht bekommen da sie an sie im Unterkiefer Zahnspitzen hatte. Sie hat gesagt ich soll 1 Woche baytril weiter geben ihre atmung ist ja auch wieder normal geworden. Wie sie auf Toxine kommt weiß ich nicht der schatten ist auf jedenfall weg nachdem mein TA am Montag das Kortison gespritzt hat hat sich ihre atmung gestern schon verbessert. Nur das Zähne knirchen war noch da jetzt sind die Zahnspitzen weg dann müsste sie ja damit aufhören.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Die Empfindlichkeiten sind da sehr unterschiedlich... Kann also sein, dass die Entfernung der Spitzen ihr schon einige Erleichterung verschafft.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Ich dachte schon ob die atmung von der schmerzspritze kam die sie Montagmorgen bekommen hat weil sie abends schlimmer wurde.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>hab noch keine Erfahrung mit Hefen hoffe die gehen schnell wieder zurück wo sie her gekommen sind

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Entschuldige, falls ich es überlesen habe, aber wurde die Kotprobe auch auf die "üblichen Verdächtigen" - also Kokzidien, Würmer, Giardien untersucht? Ansonsten käme auch die Antibiotikagabe als Ursache für die kleine Hefenexplosion in Betracht. A<class="markcol">span class="markcol">brclass="markcol">span> auch Zahnspritzen und das damit verbundene veränderte Kauverhalten können Hefen begünstigen.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Lucys atmung ist immer noch schnell atemnot hat sie keine mehr sie hat letzte Woche wieder kortison gespritzt bekommen seitdem geht es ihr viel besser atmung langsamer und sie schmeißt sich auch wieder in die Ecken. Ihr Verhalten hat sich um 180 Grad gedreht.

<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Heute hat der TA wieder Kortison gespritzt er meinte darurch weiten sich ihre Atemwege wir haben sie jetzt von Kopf bis fuß geröngt.
<<class="markcol">span class="markcol">BRclass="markcol">span>>Eine erklärung für ihre luft gibt es momentan nicht ihr Augendruck ist auch ok. Sobald sich ihre atmung wieder verschlechter soll ich wieder kommen. Dann schauen wir ob sie genug luft durch die Nase bekommt aus ihrer Nase tritt wasser aus aber ihre Zähne sind Top in ordnug Röntgenbild war ohne befund.
