Du bist ziemlich nah dran.
Bl<<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">spspan>an <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">auspan <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">spspan>an>e Zipfel sind tatsächlich Bratwürste, die in einem Sud gekocht werden, in dem Essig, Möhren und Zwiebeln drin sind. Dadurch bekommen sie dann eine bläulich-weiße Farbe. Gegessen werden sie dann mit dem Sud, dem Gemüse und Brötchen.
Die Zubereitung ist also eigentlich wie bei "Forelle bl<<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">spspan>an <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">auspan <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">spspan>an>".

1) jain, es ist ein ROGGENbrötchen mit Käse, dazu gibt es Senf, eine Gewürzkukre und geschnittene Zwiebel

Nun gut, bei uns komtm <<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">spspan>an <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">auspan <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">spspan>an>f's Brot nur "Mett", extra Würstchen dafür nackig machen tun wir nicht.
Wir sind praktisch veranlagte Menschen: den Brot<<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">spspan>an <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">auspan <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">spspan>an>fstrich packen wir also nicht vorher extra noch ein, sondern den gibbet direkt <<span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">spspan>an <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">auspan <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">spspan>an>s dem Wolf.
Blindhuhn ist ein dicker Eintopf mit Linsen, Bohnen, grünen Bohnen, Äpfeln und Birnen (und <span <span class="markcol">classspan>="markcol">Spspan>eck)
und Schlabberkappes ist Weißkohl, Kartoffeln, Zwiebeln und Fleisch (meist Hack oder Bacuhfleisch, dazu oft noch Mettwurst) in einem großen Topf geschmort. Das wird dann halt schön schlabberig...
Leider schemckt das ohne Fleisch alles immer nur fast-so-gut.  |
